The property was as described and meticulously kept up. Just down the street from the Blackwater, and right on the river. It was impeccably decorated and a beautiful home.
Very nice house very clean and accommodating
Dock is good to keep a boat on and there is a public boat ramp within a short walk
I definitely would stay again
Really nice place! Enjoyed hanging out on the dock and on the deck with some family! Was a nice weekend of chilling!
Peaceful and quiet! Will look to stay here again!
The river front residence is an awesome home away from home! The home is clean, comfortable and just the right size for our family of five. The location is easy to find and the neighborhood is quaint.
Excellent!
The owner was great and all went smoothly from booking to the end of stay. Boat dock is awesome and we loved being on the river.
The best for last! lol This is probably the most beautifully decorated house we've rented! We will definitely be renting
this house again
Off the beaten path in old Florida (Yankeetown). Easily sleeps six. Tie your boat up at the dock on the river with access to the Gulf just minutes by boat.
We wanted a peaceful serene setting, and this spacious house seemed just right for us. We enjoyed the surrounding nature, the peaceful river, and big oak trees with Spanish moss. No traffic. Very clean. The host was responsive and took care of needs. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants a serene get-away.
Super nice home up to date...!! Either sitting on the back deck overlooking the river or on the front porch rocking away looking at this peaceful friendly neighborhood is so quaint and relaxing...
As a Real Estate Agent/CFRM dealing with alot of homes, I can highly recommend this place...!!!
Thanks for the great stay... we all enjoyed finding this deam house..!!!
A beautiful waterfront home on the pristine Withlacoochee River. Gas,ice, and restaurant nearby. 😁
This 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home is perfect for 6 adults. The Black Water Restaurant, and the Yankeetown Marina for gas and ice are a few docks down. A beautiful 45 minute ride down the Withlacoochee River left at the gulf to the scalloping grounds. The owner and the Marina owner are super friendly and helpful. We will be back. 😁💖
This property is perfect for a quiet Florida getaway. We kayaked up and down the river, walked to the local restaurant which was quite good, and it's an easy drive to Homosassa and Crystal River. The house itself is gorgeous and beds are super comfortable. Kitchen was way better than equiped most other rentals. Would love to stay again in the future. Thanks so much!
Such a nice place to stay! Very clean and comfortable beds too! We enjoyed sitting on the dock, going for a run, and Capt Rick’s eco tour, Osprey Charters. Seeing Manatees at Crystal Springs was lots fun and not too far away. Thanks for a great stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. There were plenty of kitchen items to make food. It is very nicely decorated. It has a lovely back yard and deck. Our favorite activity was kayaking to the Three Sisters Springs and swimming with lots of manatees. Observing these gentle giants was a great treat.
The home was very clean inside. Out side could use some TLC. (spider / spider webs) Thee only thing I was disappointed about, when I asked if their was a BBQ grill and was told yes, I wish it had been cleaned so that we could have used it. So we had to resort to something else then BBQ grilling. Other then those things everything was very nice.
