Check in process was great, super easy. I just wish we would have been able to find a cart. You have to do quite a bit of walking from the parking garage to your room in either the West tower or the East tower and people tend to hoard the carts in their rooms so we had to make quite a few trips to get all of our stuff. We utilized online shopping at Walmart and picked up our groceries early in the morning so we were able to find a cart then to get all of our stuff to our room. The place was clean. The pool was large, and really nice. They serve a delicious coffee in the bistro, a decent breakfast next-door, and drinks flow freely all day. They have shuttle service available that will take you to two different public beaches. These beaches are very small and crowded. We are early risers so we would drive to a public beach a little farther down the road called the crab trap. If you do this, make sure you get there early enough to find parking spots they fill up quickly. The dryer took two cycles to get everything dry, but you just adapt and move on. The bunkbeds in the second bedroom were much smaller than anticipated especially for two grown adults, but again, you just roll with it. At checkout, we were also unable to find a cart, so many trips to get things packed back up. The checkout process was even easier than the check-in process. Overall, our stay was great and I would stay there again. I would recommend this place to friends and family also.
