The house itself is nice and spacious. There should be specific instructions about how to actually ski in and out of the unit without having to drive down the mountain, especially since it is advertised as ski in/out. The thermostat should be able to be manually adjusted and there should be coffee.

Great Christmas Getaway
A small group of friends stayed with us here and we had a great time. The house was even more spacious than the photos let on. We loved the layout. The kitchen was really well stocked with cooking and baking tools. The hot tub was awesome and the views were even better. We'd definitely stay again!

Best VRBO house I’ve ever stayed in:
Wow…….just wow! I can’t say enough about this place, It was stunning! It was perfect for our group of 8. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even though the house is large, it’s very cozy and welcoming. The location is so peaceful, yet really close to town.

Place is always perfect
So good we came back a 2nd year. This is the most gorgeous home, complete with a wood burning fireplace and a beautiful open kitchen that has literally every item you’d ever dream of. Need a cast iron bacon press? Check. Need 7 sets of scissors? Check. Crazy glue, a guitar tuner, a magnifying glass, 700 spices and oils and le cruset pots to make a winter casserole in? Check, check, check. Beyond that, the setup is perfect for families and the location is great. If there’s snow on the road, you can ski right from “Home Run” into the back door, which we did every day. Just book it, you’ll love it.

Our group really loved our time at Whispering Pines. We happened to be there while temps were well into the negative numbers and having a comfortable house with plenty of space and activities was great. The walk to the nearest ski access isn’t bad but long enough to break a sweat in the am. We would be happy to rent here again and are great full to the owners for making it available. (And their obvious culinary prowess that is apparent in the styling and stocking of the kitchen)

Fantastic Lodging for a Group!
We had a fantastic time staying at this property! It easily accommodated 9 adults, and we only had to walk about a block uphill to get to a run that brought us to the base of Whistler Mountain. Great amenities, very nice property

Beautiful property close to skiing!
Plenty of room for the family. Lovely home with washer and dryer! Friendly staff. The driveway was steep and icy and cable was inconsistent. Great spot for skiing!

Perfect Family Vaca
This was an amazing vacation with our adult kids. We were able to ski, hot tub and spend time together as a family without being crowded. The house is nicely appointed, there are plenty of games, great spaces to stretch out and rest and be together or to have quiet time. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and there are enough dishes to actually serve a pepper meal which might. It always be the case with a vacation rental. The home owners have seen to every detail from making sure there is coffee and dish detergent to ensuring there are soaking salts for the tub. Nice quality linens, plenty of entertainment options, nicely marked signage for how to use the home, etc. it was like staying with friends. The actual location is right between the village and base camp so you have a choice of where to ski. If you take HomeAgain, jump off just after chair 6 (I think). It’s just a short walk down the street to the property. Amazing views and oh so comfortable. Great property, amazing hosts and lovely ski area for all abilities.

Excellent property
The house was beautiful and functional for my family of 6. The walk up to the ski run is about 5 minutes and then you ski right on to the Home Again run. Coming back you take Home again to the Elk Highlands lift and get off at the first stop. Ski right down to the street and then ski on the road back to the house. So easy, although a map with instructions would make it easier to figure out on your first time. The management company was excellent to in responding to my questions quickly. I would definitely book here again.

Wispering Pines Ski
We enjoyed our stay very much. Some notes: We asked about what appliances were available onsite but were misinformed. They actually do have these small appliances: Waffle Maker Panini Grill Crockpot The term ski in/out is a stretch for this home. I know they state it can mean a 5 minute walk. Then say walk in/out or close to the slopes. It can be ski in with consistent snow on the road. We had 9 inches which lasted a few days. No way it is ski out. You have to walk up a hill probably 5 or 6 lots away. Then you take a side trail that is mostly skating to get to Home Again which takes you to the base. Most of the group just drove to the lot each day which was not what I was hoping for. Overall we were very happy with the property. It's more open and inviting than the pictures even show. Highly recommended if you understand it's location.

*Spectacular* Cozy- Private and Perfect for Couples and Families
The home was absolutely perfect. Everything a guest would need it was available- from bathroom, kitchen, laundry, lounging and entertainment. It was quiet, peaceful, romantic and above all relaxing. The home was extremely comfortable. The home is conveniently located. The drive to downtown is a few minutes away. The grocery stores are right around the corner. The drive to Glacier National Park is magnificent. The hosts were spectacular.. They were responsive almost immediately and very helpful. They checked in during the visit as well to see if anything was needed. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we did. We cannot wait to return.

Best friend only three couples
It was so nice and beautiful, but it should not be advertised as four bedrooms. The fourth bedroom does not have an air conditioning vent so one couple had to leave the door open with a fan in the doorway. There were no side tables in the room It should not be advertised as a third bedroom. We were not comfortable at all in that room and the Murphy bed is not comfortable. I would like a partial refund. Thank you. All three other couples were comfortable with very nice bedrooms.

Amazing House!
We rented this house for a week in January of 2020 and loved it so much that we rented it again for the month of February 2021. Everyone that works at Sky Run is so accommodating and friendly. They respond to all requests quickly and they handle everything right away. They shoveled the path, plowed the driveway, removed the garbage and serviced the hot tub frequently. We have been renting in Whitefish for many years now and Sky Run has been the best management company to deal with. We will return due to their fantastic management and super friendly people.

Terrific Mountain Vacation
We had such a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, close to Whitefish Mtn Ski Resort, and an easy trek from the Kalispell airport. I highly recommend the property, the rental staff was great, and the town was wonderful.

Luxury in the mountains
This is what luxury is all about. The house is meticulously decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. I want to live here! The beds and bathrooms were very clean and Wendy was so helpful during our stay. SkyRun was there for every question we had and they were so friendly. To get to the ski area we walked for a minute up to a place where we could put our skis on. Then you ski to the lift from there. I really love Whitefish Resort. The skiing was so much fun. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home.
