Condo is within walking distance to the Clubhouse, Community Center and Pool and tennis center! Start your day with a round of golf or just relax by the pool, the choice is yours as this active community has it all!
Heritage Palms amenities include; TWO 18-hole golf courses, THREE restaurants, an active tennis community, fishing pier, basketball, playground, bocce ball, and two new pickleball courts under construction. The Tiki Hut bar in the back of the complex is a great way to watch your favorite game on one of the 8 flat screen TV's while the rest of the crew relax in the hot tub or lay out by the pool.
Everything is conveniently located near ballparks (Twins and Red Sox spring training), airport, shopping, and the beaches. This clean and well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in sunny Florida. Perfect for a seasonal or extended stay!
