Sip 'N Sea - Built w/ All the Amenities & just a 3 minute walk to beach!

Nicely furnished with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! Home is at end of culdesac on huge lot with plenty of parking and privacy. It's located in Sea Breeze addition in the quieter part of Crystal Beach. Sip 'N Sea has an open concept living space with a large, comfortable wrap around couch and satellite tv. There are games and wifi provided. The kitchen has a spacious eat at bar with a separate drink bar to the right. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your group during your stay. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen to the right.
The master bedroom is located to the right of the living room. It has a King Size bed, television, desk if you have to check in at the office while you're away. It has an ensuite bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a walk in shower. Everything is newly built with quality materials and furnishings.
The 1st. guest bedroom is to the left of the living room. It has 2 queen beds, plenty of closet space, and a television.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is located between the guest rooms with access from the hall.
The bunk room has 2 twin size beds and 2 full size built in beds with lights and plugs at each. It also has a television and plenty of storage.
This house works great perfectly for 4 to 6 adults and 2 to 4 children. We prefer no all adult groups of 8 please.
Large deck upstairs is great for hanging out, listening to the waves and watching the ocean. Deck has sun and shade with tons of seating. Large entertaining area downstairs welcomes family and friends to hang out, cook on gas grill, and dine up or down with eating areas on both decks. Also fun bar, horse shoes & Bimini.
Downstairs shower is convenient for a quick rinse when returning from beach. Some beach toys and chairs are provided. If you care to go fishing - use the fish cleaning station behind shower to prep your catch! Photos tell the story of this home more than words. Enjoy!!

Perfect Family Getaway

Great host, house, and location. Checkin was simple and host was always quick in communication. Home was very clean and stocked with essentials for those who enjoy cooking. Short, quick walk to the beach. Home was perfect for our extended weekend family vacation.

Spring Break Get Away

Our stay at Sip N Sea was a great time away for a few days. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it had great outside amenities, the area was so quiet and peaceful, and the weather was nice on top of it all.

The property was gorgeous. Very comfortable, very clean, updated, and a short (3min) walk to the beach! The property had everything you could want/need, and the management was very responsive. Would rent again in a heartbeat!!

Absolutely Perfect!

We could tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. The patios have seating for everyone, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all of the necessities. We enjoyed being in a quieter neighborhood making it perfect for a relaxing family beach vacation.

Cordovas' Stay

This is such a beautiful property with an amazing layout of the house. We stayed 6 nights and loved every minute of it. The owner was helpful and kind, and she checked in on us throughout our stay. The neighborhood is perfect for all ages; it is quiet but still gave our older son plenty to do while we were able to relax. I highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to go back!!!

Amazing home!

This home was gorgeous and located in a quiet cul de sac. We walked to the beach everyday with kids under the age of 6 so it’s a kid friendly walk. Marilyn was amazing and quickly responded to anything we needed. We will definitely be back to this home.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay in Crystal Beach. The home has everything you need and then some. The deck was beautiful, comfortable and you can't beat the sound of the waves. Excellent Place to Stay

This beach house is a great place to stay in Crystal Beach. Marilyn has it perfectly decorated and she has provided everything a family needs to stay here and go to the beach. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and she also provides a cart that you can pull and carry your things down to the beach. The home has very nice furnishings and it is extremely clean and comfortable. Marilyn is also very good at communicating and she was a great help anytime we reached out to her. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Our forever getaway!

This was our first time staying at Sip ‘N Sea and definitely not our last! It was the cleanest property and felt like a home away from home. The open layout was perfect and the house had everything you needed, and more! The patio was perfect with a lot of different seating, and you can see and hear the ocean waves. It feels more private with no one on either side of you. We are already talking about our next trip! Our kids 1 and 4 had the best time! I can see making this a yearly trip for us and we look forward to making more memories at this property!

Beautiful Beach House

My family had a wonderful time at this beach house. Everything was spotless. The decorations are perfect. The house was equipped with everything we could want. We enjoyed the large wrap around deck and porch swing very much. The owner takes very good care of this property, and it shows. This was a very relaxing vacation, and we had three little boys with us! We hope to go back some day.

Family and Kid Friendly

Beautiful home! We have a 3 year old and 10 year old and they both were entertained with the nearby beach and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys the home provided! The kitchen was spacious, comfy beds and beautiful deck! We made good use of the grill along with the provided outdoor games! There was a missing sheet on one of the beds and I felt the check-out list was a little bit tedious so give yourself plenty of time to begin the process. Overall- we had a great stay and made wonderful memories!

Beach getaway

This rental was immaculate and had everything we could ever need available. A short walk to the beach. Beautiful and clean. Located in a quieter area of the beach, which was much appreciated. Easy access to the beach with just a short walk. Beach towels, toys, canopy, wagon available for use. We also made great use of the margarita machine! We had a great time and I'm hopeful that I can rent this property again in the future!

Great quiet place on less crowded end of crystal beach

Attentive owner, clean home, well cared for. Nice neighborhood and away from the more congested areas of the beach. 2 min walk to sandy beach with great access to lots of wide open space to choose from. Highly recommend renting golf cart, kids loved it! Property has all amenities you need, well stocked with every kitchen gadget you can think of. Even margarita maker! Appliances are nice, quartz countertops, nice color scheme throughout. Very nice theming and not over the top like some beach houses can tend to be. Easy on eyes and great place to relax. Will come back!

Better then the pictures!

We had booked the stay for a girls weekend getaway. The home was very inviting and warm. The extra special touches down to the knobs on the furniture were just beautiful. The home had everything we needed. I have stayed in may other vacation rentals but this one had everything.... The beach was just a short walk away and was more secluded then the other areas of the beach. We enjoyed making margaritas and relaxing on the huge patio in the evening and listening to the ocean. We all are planning out next visit to this particular home with family. The property owner was awesome and stayed in constant contact with us. Overall I'd give it 5+++++++ stars!

HURRICANE TREASURE

Hurricane Laura was due to arrive the day of our stay, and an evacuation order was in place. Although Marilyn wouldn't let us cancel and reschedule, she did push the stay back a day, asking us to wait to see what the storm does. This experience made it very stressful for us, but luckily the hurricane turned and did not hit Boliver as anticipated and people were being allowed back on the peninsula before the evacuation order expired. Once we got past all the worries, Laura left us a treasure of huge shells, sea glass, and other collectibles. Once our nerves were settled, we saw our beautiful house, and explored the beautiful quiet beach, we had a great time. The house was so beautiful. Everything you could ask for was there, The grill, the games, the dishes, towels, washer and dryer, bedding, hairdryers, wagons, buckets, flashlights, etc... The best part about the house was that it accommodated couples and wasn't filled with twin beds, as so many are. We probably enjoyed the margarita machine more than we should have. LOL. Downstairs, there is a nice bar, game and eating area, where we grilled and danced the night away. All the neighbors were so nice and friendly also. Marilyn was great to communicate with and was there to answer any questions and put our minds at ease after such a stressful start. She took great care in planning and decorating this home. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, close enough to walk to the quiet and peaceful beach You can also view the beach from the comfortable and beautifully decorated balcony. We hope to be back soon!

Why they chose this property

We chose Sea Breeze because the lot size was one of the larger we found. We prefer this end of the beach for a bit more of a quiet, family friendly feel. When you have a beach house, you can always use more room, but we were happy to start our first build with this 3 bedroom split floorplan. Entertaining outside is always a priority so we built a larger deck and added downstairs entertaining areas. We lovingly and painstakingly created a home away from home and hope our visitors enjoy and care for it as their own!

What makes this property unique

We are very near the beach with a short walk to cart path. Our neighborhood is small and neighbors watch out for each other. It's a quieter neighborhood with not a lot of activity. Family oriented and low key. We prefer that feel over the party scene!
