Large charming house PERIGORD

Whether you are 6 or 14 people, our accommodation will adapt to your needs and your "tribe".
You will be the unique masters on board the whole place where according to your desires.
Two kitchens will be at your disposal with large living areas: living rooms and dining room of 50 m2.
You will also find a fireplace stove for good times by the fire or a video projector with screen of 3 m x1. 80m for films like cinema.
You would have up to 7 bedrooms, 4 of which have private bathrooms. A total of 6 bathrooms, a large utility room, 3 WCs for ever more convenience.
Outside, full of nature with space to play and rest. Different terraces will welcome you whatever the time of day.
The swimming pool of 10m x 5m entirely private like the rest of the place, will be heated from April to the end of September if necessary.
Optional services will also be possible on request.

Great house, great pool.

Three families stayed. Photos on website don’t do justice to how nice the house is. You definitely need a car. Be aware of arriving Sunday afternoon, almost nothing open to buy food. Overall, fantastic place to stay, would recommend.

An incredible property in the French Dordogne

We had an incredible time at the house. Great option for larger groups (5 couples, 2 singles, and one infant). Nathalene was very helpful as a host. Very large property that was very clean, excellent facilities, an amazing pool to spend wholes days at, and a great location near Bergerac airport and the surrounding Dordogne region! Highly recommend!

French rural idyll

Ideal for what we needed, which was a large space with a great pool and all the facilities to cater for ourselves. You definitely need cars because there are no bars or restaurants or shops within walking distance (save for the nearby naturist resort, which we didn't fancy). However it is a beautiful, quiet spot and allowed us to have a restful totally indulgent family time all together.

All in all a lovely property, some interpretation issues with bathrooms in bedrooms as had expected full ensuite facilities in these rooms. Showers all excellent and all the equipment you might need for a self catering property. Pool was well maintained with ample loungers. Nathalene was very helpful and gave us pointers for meals.out. Visited Bergerac, Bordeaux, Monpazier and Issigeac all very beautiful went kayaking with Canoe24 along the Dordogne excellent holiday could have stayed longer. Great friendly owner, very pleasant experience highly recommend a stay here.

Family get-together.

Family occasion, 12 people age range 15-80. 7 rooms so plenty of space for everyone. 2 kitchens & dining areas. There is a sliding partition so I guess the property could be divided in 2 if needed. It was too cold to use the pool so cannot comment on that. Note that this is a sparsely populated part of France, towns & services are far apart. Mobile coverage patchy at best. The main attraction is caves and cave art. Be prepared to drive 100-200km per day to see them.

Ruim huis, ondanks dat het weer niet schitterend was en het voor de bezienswaardigheden toch wel minstens een half uurtje rijden was, hadden we een fijne combinatie van ontdekken van de omgeving en daarna een duik in het verwarmd zwembad.

Très satisfait.

La maison est spacieuse, propre et accueillante. Nous étions 12 adultes (6 couples) avec chacun notre chambre. En point négatif il y a juste la luminosité de certaines salle de bain. Difficultés pour les hommes de se raser. Notre séjour était très réussi. Tout le monde était ravi. Notre hôte est très chaleureuse et sympathique.

Une très belle maison accueillante

Nous avons bien aimé cette maison double en une pour permettre à une famille de 70ans à 17 mois de profiter de ce temps précieux de vacances. Il a fait exceptionnellement chaud sans la fraîcheur habituelle de la nuit et cela a rendu le séjour plus compliqué et moins sportif. Mais les propriétaires n’y sont pour rien. La région est très belle avec de beaux villages peu fréquentés à cause de la chaleur intense. Bon séjour à ceux qui y viendront

Maison de vacance idéale pour une grande famille

Le logement dispose de tout le confort requis: 2 cuisines bien équipées, des sanitaires dans quasi toutes les chambres. La piscine est bien entretenue et bien exposée. La table extérieure peut accueillir tous les hôtes (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Seul bémol: l'absence de moustiquaires ou d'appareillage dissuasif
