You will stay in a single storey house for a capacity of 4 people. Entirely created in 2018 in an old stone building dating from the end of the 19th century. The latter overlooks a garden of 600m2 facing south.
Kitchen: an equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster). You will find in the kitchen, sponge, trash bags and basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, sugar).
Living area: A 140x190 fold-out sofa (bedding included), flat screen TV, TV decoder, DVD player and wifi).
Night area: A bedroom with double bed (bedding included) and a storage space with shelf and wardrobe. A baby cot (bedding included).
Shower room: A walk-in shower, basin, shelf, wc, laundry area with work surface that can be used as a changing table with (washing machine and dryer), bath towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. A learning pot.
Outside: You will have a garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and a barbecue and a private parking space.
You will have at your disposal a pocket with a document on ideas of activities that you can carry out during your stay in the region.

Located on the south coast of Finistère, 500m from the sea (Anse du Saint-Laurent), 2km from Kerleven beach and 3km from Sables Blancs beach, you will stay in the heart of the seaside resort nicknamed "the Brittany Riviera" "Which will seduce you with its magnificent landscapes and its various activities (sandy beaches, GR34 hikes, 18-hole golf course, marina, sea trips for the Glénan Archipelago ...).
During the period of July and August you can attend several Celtic festivals and events (festival of blue nets in Concarneau, inter-Celtic festival of Lorient, festival of Cornouaille in Quimper, maritime festival Temps fête in Douarnenez, festival of the festidreuz in Fouesnant as well than the festival of old plows in Carhaix-Plouguer).
You can also go to many traditional events throughout the summer such as the cherry tree festival (concerts, festivals, traditional music and shows), night craft market at the port, performance of traditional Celtic dances and music at the Pénity .. .
For lovers of sailing and nautical outings, during walks in the port, you can meet the big names in sailing like Michel DESJOYEAUX, François GABART, Armel LE CLEAC'H, Vincent RIOU, Jean LE CAM ...).
You can, if you wish, hire kayaks and paddles at the port to discover the old port from the sea as well as the Penfoulic cove, the Saint-Laurent cove and that of Saint-Jean.
