Best Ski In/Ski Out Location - ❄️❄️ Jay Peak Large 3 BR

SKI IN/ SKI OUT large 1400 Square foot condo on two floors. A great place to have your own clean and safe space to cook and hang out after a long day of skiing and spending time outdoors. Easy in and out access to come home for lunch or just warm up with a mug of hot chocolate!

Easily catch 1st tram from any of the three of our units...all being in the closest vicinity to the Tram Base area and Pump House water park.

Our 3BR unit feel like stand alone cabins and are attached to another unit by only a few feet. Our family renovated the unit for our own comfort, since we stay here whenever it is not rented!

New doors, windows, over sized 16' X 12' deck, paint, carpet, couches, dining set, stainless appliances, a new 55 inch Hi Def LED TV to watch the game! Also, a high efficiency boiler and on demand hot water heater. This home provides a more comfortable alternative to the newer condos which are much smaller and share walls, ceilings, floors with neighboring units. Two minute walk to PUMP HOUSE water park, ski down to lifts and tram, walk to world class 18 hole golf course. You can ski down to one of four lifts including the tram in the morning and ski back for lunch, put your skis by the deck, put your boots by the wood fire, and eat in comfort (SAVE $$, no looking for an open seat). Ski home any time for a snack or bathroom break and at the end of the day. There is ample parking compared to many of the new condo lots. Fully stocked custom kitchen and laundry!

More Condo Details: This is one of the closest units to the Pump House indoor waterpark AND the Ice Haus
This condo/cabin provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy when not on the slopes.
We have an EPA certified wood burning fireplace with awesome 12 foot high stone hearth!
We have a renovated entry way with tons of cubbies for helmets, gloves, etc. and tons of hooks for ski jackets and pants. The unit has two beautiful rustic bathrooms, Log Beds in upstairs larger bedroom, King beds and new stainless kitchen appliances!
It overlooks a wonderful yard with private open space, maple, birch and evergreen trees.
You can watch the tram go by between the evergreens.
Skiing back for a break, snack, or lunch is a piece of cake. You can ski right to the door.

Back-country Access: The Jay area is known for the best back-country skiing in the East.
Thousands of vertical feet of bottomless powder!
Great Tele, Randonee, and Back-country Cross Country Skiing!
Ride the dip without a hike or traverse the ridge to BIG JAY and ski the best stuff in the east!

Golf: The Jay Peak Golf Course is regarded as the most inspiring throughout New England.

Family Ski Weekend

This is our second year staying at this lovely condo with our 2 families. They’ve got everything we need and the location is perfect for hopping on the slopes or walking down to the waterpark with the younger kids.

A heavenly ski getaway!

It was cozy with plenty of bedding and a well equipped kitchen. It was very clean and quiet place. The location is wonderful for ski in/ski out and close to the resort itself for shopping, restaurants and the waterpark.

This condo was perfect for our family and friends. Perfect location. Had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping. Had access to shuttle to get around resort when needed. Would definitely recommend to families and friends. We were a groups of 8.

Warm, comfortable, cabinet stocked with some of the things we always forget (salt/pepper, olive oil, spices, etc...) Also extra trash bags, p-towels, tp which lets your group focus on the holiday and not getting more supplies. Great, efficient fireplace with seasoned wood. Ski-in/out with easy to follow posted instructions. plenty of cubbies and hooks to hang/dry everyone's snow gear. extra blankets and pillows. The hosts realize the details matter and make for a memorable holiday away. Perfect size space for 6 of us, 4 adults and two teenagers (15,19). Room for more if you have a larger party.Highly Recommend.

Fantastic Location, Great Host

Everything about our Jay Peak trip was great. We had plenty of space for our whole group, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the trailside location was right on the mountain. The hosts were very quick with their communication and even went above and beyond by buying us takeout when the dishwasher needed servicing through no fault of their own. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski trip

We had a great Easter weekend ski trip with friends and our kids, easy walk to the waterpark and restaurants. There was still enough snow to ski to the lift and ski to the back deck at the end of the day. Loved the wood fireplace and plenty of pantry supplies for cooking!

Great ski house

The house is perfect for a ski trip. Easy to get on/off the trails. It is a 5 minute walk to the hotel which was perfect for dinner and getting to the water park.

Family Ski Weekend

A wonderful weekend despite disappointing snow conditions, thanks to the crazy March thaw. A quick walk to the pump house kept the little kids happy all weekend long. The condo was well stocked and comfortable for 2 families to share (4 adults and 4 kids).

Cozy Condo (Wood Fireplace) in a good location.

We enjoyed our 7-night stay. Great place that easily accommodated 2 families of 4. Loved the wood burning fireplace which neighbors said it is one of the few units left with one. Condo is fully functional albeit a bit dated. Ski out/in requires only a few yards walk to/from trail. Easy walk to hotel and water park. Responsive hosts.

The land surrounding this property is arguably the best on the mountain. The building is very unique and lives like a stand alone home, with a large yard off the deck for kids to play, or to go sliding, and ski right to the deck. Both of our 3 Bedroom properties fit this description!

What makes this property unique

Two floors and only connected to the next door unit by a few feet, basically a stand alone cabin. Lots of privacy in the home and on surrounding land vs. other on mountain options.
