3 room apartment - Village Center - Enjoy the mountains and Ski!

3-room duplex apartment (sleeps 6) - 50 m2 completely renovated - in the center of the village of Guillestre (shops and restaurants nearby - less than 5 min by foot). Ideal for 4 people, it can still accommodate 6.
You have duvets, blankets and pillows. However, sheets, duvet cover and towels are not provided.

Many free parking spaces are available around the building.

The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, 2 hotplates, a combined grill / fan oven and microwave, a small dishwasher under the sink, coffee maker and blender. You have the dishes for 6 guests. Coffee capsules, tea bags and sugar are also available.
The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD player, a living room, a reading corner. Upstairs, you have 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Books on the region and board games are also available.

We are not on site but we remain at your disposal by phone, email or sms to help you settle in and ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday during school vacations.Weekly rental from Monday to Sunday or at the weekend outside of school vacancy periods.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé au centre de Guillestre ce qui permet de se rendre à pied dans la plupart des commerces du centre-ville. La résidence est tranquille. Le voisinage est calme.Les quelques places de parking réservées à la résidence sont squattées par les mêmes véhicules mais, il n'y a pas de problème pour se garer sur le parking de la mairie à proximité immédiate.L'appartement est globalement propre.Les chambres dans les soupentes à l'étage sont difficilement habitables car, compte tenu de la hauteur qui décroît rapidement, il faut se casser en 2 pour accéder aux lits.Heureusement, il y a le convertible au rez-de-chaussée dans la pièce de vie.Appartement bien équipé même si certains éléments du matériel commencent à accuser une certaine usure.L'appartement est agréable et offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes alentour. L'espace n'est pas très grand mais il permet néanmoins de passer un agréable séjour dans ce charmant village des Hautes-Alpes.

Très bon séjour à Guillestre. L'appartement dispose d'une seule vraie chambre mais à trois c'était parfait.

Bien aménagé mais trop petit

Appartement propre et coquet, bien aménagé, mais vraiment petit. Nous étions 5, et avions l'impression d'être un peu les uns sur les autres. Lave vaisselle minuscule, trop petit pour le diamètre des assiettes plates. Pas de rangement.dans une chambre. Un peu juste en couverts. Mais bien situé, au centre de Guillestre.

Bel appartement, agréable et fonctionnel

De retour en novembre, les appréciations sont aussi bonnes que cet été avec le chauffage en plus. Les radiateurs ont rapidement réchauffé les deux étages.

Super appartement calme et fonctionnel !

Super appartement calme et fonctionnel (et raisonnable niveau prix/nuit) Parfait pour 5/6 personnes. Stations Vars et Risoul à 20min. Seul petit bémol, l'accès au parking qui ne marche qu'avec une télécommande (non fournie). Il y a cependant un parking gratuit pour 48h au dessus de la mairie (à 2min à pied de l'appartement). Globalement, parfait pied à terre pour aller profiter de l'air pur des montagnes. Je vous le recommande vivement !
