Beautiful views of the harbor from the large deck, living area and kitchen. Enjoy the beach by day and beautiful sunsets from the deck in the evening. Located steps from the beach, our fully furnished 935 sq/ft, 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect location for your beach vacation.

When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and harbor views from kitchen and living room as well as new modern smooth ceilings and crown molding. We feature a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, coffee maker and plenty of cooking implements. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a long, comfortable couch, side chairs, and a 65 inch 4K Roku Smart TV. Get all your favorite channels or cast apps from your electronic devices.

The master bedroom features a private deck, queen-sized bed, large closet with shelves hangers, and plenty of drawers for you to put your belongings in. Master suite bathroom means you don't have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out on the boardwalk. Extra blankets and beach towels provided. Also, leave the bulky hairdryer at home–we have provided one for you.

The guest bedroom is located up the hallway on the other side of the guest bath and features one queen and one twin bed. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet to store belongings. Bring your linens or order from Seasidelinen.com

The second full bathroom has a bath tub / shower and is easily accessible from anywhere in the condo.

Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the beautiful sunsets, and salt-laced breeze from the ocean.
Or, just relax as you watch the fishing boats and yachts go by.

Our full size washer and dryer is located inside the guest bathroom.

Enjoy a day at the beach and take a walk to the North End pier and Tiki Bar or, if you prefer our pool is beautifully maintained and landscaped with plenty of chaise lounges and an outdoor shower. Surrounded by palms it feels like a resort pool.

The unit comes with two parking spots.

Just a short distance to plenty of shops, great restaurants, the boardwalk and convenience and grocery stores including a new Publix. Watch the nearby Thursday Night Firework Show and live bands or take your kids to the carnival for a fun evening.

The unit has central A/C, private Wi-Fi, a 65 inch 4K television in the living area and 32 inch wall mounted Roku smart televisions in the bedrooms.

We offer beach umbrellas, chairs and a beach cart.

Good for families

We really liked this location for our family of four. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed having the pool and beach as an option. Owner was very responsive throughout the arrival process. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful view off the balcony in the evenings.

Beautiful Condo

My family had a wonderful experience in this condo, great pool, super close to beach access, basically just cross the street! In walking distance of boardwalk. Would definitely stay again!

Great Memorial Day Weekend Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our small family. Place was clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Loved sitting on the patio facing the inlet. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes away. Excellent communication with the owners with prompt responses. You will not regret it here!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Beach! David made the entire process from booking to check-in very simple. The condo is in a great location- close to the beach, restaurants and the Boardwalk. It’s well stocked for cooking and beautifully furnished/decorated. Thank you for an amazing week!

Amazing property! Clean and had everything you need. Owner quick to respond and very helpful. 1 mile from the boardwalk and close to beach. Beach cart, umbrella, and chairs available for use. Easy parking and loved the pool. Will definitely stay again when returning to Carolina Beach!

Close walk to beach.

Enjoyed our stay at this unit. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Loved it being on 1st floor. The beach was a very short walk and the balcony allows you to watch boats and a goat the canal.

Excellent getaway, sunset views, clean condo, close beach…the BEST!

The title pretty much says it all, but this is a great property! Spacious condo, super clean and well-kept. We cooked each evening and watched the sunset…and in the morning were on the beach within a few minutes walk. The owner responded to email quickly, and everything was as the posting said it would be. I would definitely stay again! Also, if traveling to Carolina Beach, a few other noteworthy recommendations — Tony Silvagni’s Surf School and Beach Rentals for umbrellas and chairs; Veggie Wagon for delicious coffee, eats and drinks; Blackburn Brothers for seafood to cook yourself; and Island Massage and Spa to treat yourself! These are all staples of our stays in CB now!!

A great summer getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was furnished well and had great views of the canal. We spent many evenings sitting on our deck enjoying the boats going by. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a short walk over to the beach. There is a great little coffee spot about a half a block away. Thanks again!

Beach Vacay with Family

We had a great week at Carolina Beach as this was our first vacation here. This condo was wonderful for all of us! The owner had everything ready for our stay and easy check-in. It was very nice with fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, comfortable beds. The beach was an easy walk, and the salt water pool was very clean. So comfy for all of us!! We would definitely rent again.

Absolutely Perfect!

When walked in and everything was clean and organized. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed; baking sheets, pots, pans, coffee pot, etc. The open floor plan was great for our 9 month old. We brought his walker and he scooted all over the place; loved every minute of it. It was safe for him and had plenty of room for him to move around and things to pull himself up on. The short walk to the beach was EXTREMELY convenient and having the beach chairs, umbrella, and pull cart was a huge help. It was actually the reason I booked with David. We drove from Ohio and our car was already packed full. Not having to bring all of these items was extremely helpful! The beach was clean and there weren't a lot of people (b/c of the time of year) yet the air and water were warm. The island is easy to get on and off of and is only about a 30 minutes (d/t traffic) drive to Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We've already talked about when we can come back. Probably the same time next year. David was wonderful! Thank you for the memories!

Exactly as Advertised!

The condo delivered everything and more. Two min walk to the beach made it super easy to head back for lunch for the kids. We enjoyed the boardwalk at night and our family had a wonderful time. Condo is stocked with items you might need and that is such a welcome touch!

Great location!

Great location with easy access to the beach. Property owner was easy to contact and deal with. We loved the layout of the condo and my children especially enjoyed being on the patio watching the comings and goings of the harbor.

Nice family condo

We had a great time. The condo has everything you need for a week at the beach. My kids loved the pool, it was clean and well maintained. Lots of seating around the pool. The beach is a very short walk (even my 4-year old didn’t mind the walk) and they provide a beach cart, chairs, umbrella. We rented linens from seaside linens, easy process. The condo could use some new blankets/duvets/bedspreads/pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked. The porch is nice, love the view to watch the sunset. The boardwalk is a short drive away, the arcade was a hit, rides weren’t up and running just yet when we were there. Cute area, great beach town. We met lots of nice people, too.

Very relaxing stay.

Just a short walk to the beach. Condo was equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Enjoyed time on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. I would rent here again.
