Home features outdoor covered patio and grilling area complete with gas grill or an Egg smoker, open concept kitchen, living and dining, a completely separate bunk house above the garage with separate entrance, 4 bedrooms in the main house and large covered porch. Located on south end of the lake near dam. Smooth water great for water sports and fishing! The address of the home says is all, "40 Sundown Trail"! Our family has enjoyed over 30 years on Cedar Creek Lake. Our continued journey with our adult children prompted us to build this home in 2018. My wife and I have been in the real estate business for 25 plus years and specialize in lake front property at Cedar Creek lake.
