The property was not as described in the pictures advertised. The floors and rug hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. The sofa is a pull out but the pull out is broken, the cushions are old and uncomfortable. The washer had fungus/mold and a terrible smell. The master bath's shower curtain has mold on it, the additional bathroom's sink would not drain, and the tub didn't have a plug for the tub (we had babies with us). The cabinets in the 2nd bathroom and kitchen had paint peeling off and we had to be very careful with the babies, such a safety issue. The return vent covered in dirt, the reason I mention this is because it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The third bedroom had bunkbeds that were so squeaky and fragile. The top bunk couldn't be used because of how loud any movement on the bed made and there is a ceiling fan over the bed which is a safety issue. Neither of the balcony doors locked. This is a very pricey unit, and it doesn't meet the expectation of taking a group of nine on vacation. This was a disappointment because this was a celebration for our family. I spent so much time informing Panhandlegetaway of all the issues with the unit due to it being neglected.
The location is great, near Pier Park. The beach was enjoyable. The pool wasn't clear.
