Maravilla 3205-Gulf Views, Private Beach, Beach Set-Up, Pools, Pickleball 🐶

We have significantly discounted November 12 - December 10. Our balcony will be closed for construction repairs to the floors and more. You can still enjoy our beautiful condo and the BEACH, pools, and activity courts.

The balcony will reopen December 10, but there will be work on the walkways December 9 - January 6 which will generate noise. Please enjoy discounts on these days as well.

Welcome to “Sand in Your Sandals”, a well-appointed condo located in top-rated Maravilla Resort on the second floor of Building 3. Our unit offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from our extra-large balcony which can be accessed from both the living room and master suite. The condo is open and airy and has been renovated – enjoy granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths and get a great night’s rest on the comfortable beds. Tile hardwood-look flooring complements the furniture, fresh paint, and décor.

Maravilla is one of the most sought-after resorts in the area due to its beautiful setting just across the street from its own PRIVATE 2.5 ACRE BEACH which offers plentiful recreational amenities. BEACH SET-UP is included (mid-March through October 31)! The resort is family and dog-friendly and conveniently located on the eastern edge of Destin in Miramar Beach, Florida. Maravilla offers two pools (one heated seasonally) and a hot tub, tennis courts (also marked for pickleball), basketball, a fitness center, community barbecues, and two FREE PARKING spots. Guests also enjoy miles of walking/biking paths which surround the resort.

THE WHITE SANDY BEACH is located a short 150 yards from the unit. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included and will be set up for you daily in season. Kayaks, Stand Up Paddleboards, Boogie Boards and Beach Volleyball are also available for rent.

The resort sits close to the area’s top RESTAURANTS including Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's which are all walking distance from the condo. Great SHOPPING is minutes away with Destin Commons featuring 95 shops and dining options and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Abundant options are available for the ADVENTURESOME including parasailing, jet skiing, pontoon boating, dolphin tours, and chartered fishing tours. For the GOLFERS, great courses abound include Regatta Bay, Kelly Plantation, and Indian Bayou. FAMILY FUN awaits at Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, while The Track offers go-carts, rides, and an arcade. There's something for everyone at Maravilla resort and the surrounding area.

Our housekeeping staff prides themselves on their thoroughness and attention to detail. All counter-tops, sinks, showers/bathtubs, and hardwood tile floors are cleaned and disinfected. Light switches, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces are sanitized as well. All bedding, bath towels, and washable rugs are removed from the property and professionally laundered at high temperatures with a laundry disinfectant.

We had the very best stay!! The condo is in a great location. Many walkable restaurants in area and beach right across street. You can view the water from the balcony. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed including a pack n play and high chair for our 11 month old. We would definitely stay again!!

This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The unit had everything you could want for a beach vacation - games, beach chairs, a cooler, water toys - and was beautiful and so comfortable. The location was perfect. Steps to the beach and right by a lovely walking trail through Miramar Beach. The host was super communicative and welcoming. The best part is, we were able to bring our dog! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I can't recommend this rental highly enough.

Great location near the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo had everything that you needed. King bed was very comfortable. Furniture was very nice throughout the unit. The complex is pet friendly and has several amenities. We will definitely come back?

Just What we Needed!

Maravilla is a great location in Miramar Beach. It's easy to get to the beach, nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This unit was clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained, well-stocked and secure. Perfect location!

The property was clean and set up for us to have great vacation. It has everything needed to be comfortable. It is in a great location right across from the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants. We were also able to get groceries and meals delivered easily when we didn't want to cook. The owner was in contact to make sure our stay was going smoothly and check in/out was as easy and convenient. The community was quiet and family friendly with great amenities (pool, basketball, fitness center, elevator and carts etc.) We had a great time and would stay here again!

My experience was outstanding! Communication was prompt. Not one single issue .

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was a true home away from home, everything I needed was right there, including things needed for the beach. I took my parents who have never been to that area and they loved every moment including how easy it was to walk to the beach. I recommend this property to all. Outstanding experience!!

Great condo

This was a last minute booking for our first snowbird season. The condo was very clean and had all of the things we needed to make our stay feel like home, but with sunshine. Michelle was super easy to work with and checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Fun get away.

My husband and I needed some time to connect and relax. This was a great place. Close to the beach, very clean condo and close to shopping and restaurants. Although we cooked most of the time! The host was a great communicator.

When we first visited Miramar Beach, we fell in love with the soft white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean water. As parents of 3 boys, we enjoyed discovering the unlimited options available from water sports to biking, hiking, shopping, and of course eating. Plentiful activities are a must when we vacation, and we were attracted to the year-round options in the area.
We found Maravilla to be the perfect resort as it offers 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis, basketball, and fitness center and is just a few steps from the beach. We were thrilled to find our unit available as it has been recently remodeled and includes all the amenities our family desires. We enjoy mornings on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view. We feel we found a treasure in Maravilla and our desire is to share it with our guests and provide a both exciting and relaxing vacation you won’t forget.
