The apartment in a chalet is located in the peripheral area of the Parc des Ecrins, near Freissinières, Guillestre, Risoul, Vars, Vallouise. Ideal for hiking, skiing, climbing on the cliffs of Ponteil. (A school-climbing site is 300 m from the apartment). The cottage is located near the village (Lauzette, hamlet of Chambon) at an altitude of 1100 meters.

Champcella dominates the valley of the Durance. You can practice rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming in white water.

The apartment has been renovated (tiling, plumbing, electricity, interior design). Access to this apartment is via stairs on the north side. The accommodation is on 3 levels. The first level includes a kitchen-living room and a large room with 3 beds. The second level includes a common room. The last level consists of bat-flank equipped with mattresses.

A shower cabin with sanitary is located on the 2nd level.
