The Pineapple House is a great place to spend a happy time at a huge private backyard where you can eat dinner, lay on the hammock or sunbeds. Your family and small pets could take advantage of the fresh air as well. We provided many additional amenities to have fun being outside.
Pineapple house is totally newly renovated with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. Crescent, Siesta and other public and private beaches are 2 miles away. Wifi ensures comfortable work from home. Welcome!

The Pineapple House on Arapaho Street is an honest reflection of our ‘love-at-first-sight’ relationship with Sarasota and Siesta Key. We’ve furnished the home in modern comfort. Magnificent trees and palms transform this home and its garden into a unique microclimate that, even on hot days, provides a refreshingly cool breeze. In addition to its three comfortably appointed bedrooms and a spacious driveway for four cars, a large garage and a closed parking space in the garden add the kind of value everyone appreciates. We've upgraded the home with elegant garden lighting and a large gazebo tent in the very center of the garden, perfect for a beautifully illuminated late-night soirée and after dinner candlelit conversation. There’s even a mini-beach with sun loungers in the garden, all in a fenced area that provides you and yours with a space of serene intimacy and security. Truth be told, we’ve created a magical place that’s not easy to fully describe where daily life feels like a vacation. Imagine something as simple as enjoying your morning coffee in a comfortable armchair in the living room, finishing that book on a hammock in the garden, the family reunion dinner enjoyed by all at the big table in the gazebo, or, better yet, a good nap while sun-lounging on your own mini beach, under the shade of your own palm trees, no less. Imagine, if you can, that every day’s experiences will feel like holiday memories.

Everything here is at your fingertips. Located centrally in the Pineapple House is an information board where you will find, as far as we’re concerned, the best attractions that Sarasota has to offer containing experiences that are interesting, intellectual, delicious, and unforgettable, every single day. During your holidays at Pineapple House, you will understand why we moved straight here from Europe over a year ago with our 4-year-old daughter out of our love for Sarasota. The Pineapple House is child-friendly, because all our amenities as well as the home’s security, have been personally tested and approved by our daughter.
