I rented this for my husband and a couple of his buddies to go on a guys trip and they had a great time! There was plenty of room for everyone and they all enjoyed the hot tub very much!
We enjoyed our stay for one night at this house. The property entrance is strange to get to but the directions provided by the host help. The hot tub was wonderful and clean, sound machines for the constant train noises were a great touch, extra mattress and fans were unexpected and nice to have access to. Would stay again!
We had a nice time, once we figured out how to maneuver that driveway, all was great! If you're heading there to this house specifically, be sure to read the directions to the exact driveway!
We had an amazing few days! The property is very peaceful. The house is very open and was a breath up fresh air! Loved the hot tub as well. Well stocked with towels, soaps, and toilet paper. The trains that come through are different at first, but become very much part of the atmosphere after night one if you are not used to them. Our first night back home we actually missed them! Just minutes away from Rock City and Ruby Falls and lots of great places to eat, which is what we went for. Had a little bit of an ant problem our last day with donuts we had on the counter in the box. Had to toss them! Other than the kids being upset they didn’t have donuts for breakfast, we had an amazing day! We would definitely stay here again!
The three houses surrounding the pool make for a great location for a family reunion. Secluded but close to everything. Loved the addition of a Pickelball court on the property.
Cozy house, the pool is an added bonus.
Great location! Our family love the house.
One suggestion, the frying pans and most of the cookware needs to be replaced.
This was our second time at the blue house and I would be happy to book there again.
The house has everything my family needs for a quiet lovely get away.
Nice house with a big relaxing hot tub. The pool is was shared, very nice, and is right across the driveway from the house. Location was a little hidden but close to Chattanooga.
The house was clean and well prepared. The property was nice. Kind of hard to get to the house but the directions given helped a lot. The trains passing were loud.
Great location. Nice, comfy, clean and all the necessities needed. We used the pool and jacuzzi. Saw squirrels and crows on the property.
Visited Point Park, Rock City, Lookout Mountain, Tennessee Train Museum, Aquarium, Art Museum, Incline Railway & the Carousel at the park. Ate at Odell’s x2, Pucketts, Flaming Rooster & Clumpies Ice Cream. I ran the Skyuka Springs Trail, Walnut Street Bridge area & Mr Ts pizza area.

Good house, but a few issues
The house comfortably fit our family of 4, and was in a relatively good location for the touristy stuff. It was definitely good value for the price we paid.
But we had some issues:
- finding the house was very difficult. Make sure you closely read the fine print instructions sent by the mgmt company
- the house isn’t being maintained very well. Lots of broken lights/lamps. Lots of little things not being maintained…as an rental host myself, I think this is a failure of the management company
- the hot tub was unexpectedly not heated when we arrived. When I called about it, the mgmt company basically said “oh yeah, we had maintenance on them today”. After multiple calls to try and remediate, they eventually gave me a $35 credit.
The Blue House was the perfect size and in a great location. Temps were extremely low outside so it took a couple of days for the house to heat up. When we notified the property manager, they sent someone immediately to check the heat and bring us a heater. Kitchen is a good size, living area is cozy and the dining room
table was perfect for puzzles! Would
definitely stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! Renters were amazing with communication, we had no issues at all besides finding it at first. Pulling in you'll swoop down into the drive way for the cabins, if you curve to the left you'll pop up out of that driveway. Once at the top of the driveway like you're about to pull back out on the highway look directly to your left and there's a little hidden entrance that drops down to the house. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had coffee, cream and sugar. We spent alot of time in the hot tub enjoying the views and sounds from the trains which I love. We went up to Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain and also ate at Logans Roadhouse and Chef Lin buffet, neither dissapointed and of the 7 of us that went. We are a family of 5 and would definitely stay again!
This little cabin was a joy to call home for the duration of our trip! The exterior is very quaint and cozy nestled in the trees, while the interior is very cabin like and cozy as well. The variety of amenities provided was wonderful and very helpful when we realized a few items we meant to pack were left behind at home. The hot tub was amazing and, while we came a little late in the season for swimming, the pool was very nice and easy to get into. Finding the cabin was a little difficult, but the extra instructions provided helped us find the place!
This 5 Star place would be even better with some lights along the pathway to the house and some lights on the back porch with the hot tub. The instructions for receiving the key could be updated to mention the key holder instead of the digital pads as well.
The rental process was smoothe and communication was easy, detailed, and prompt. There was someone else's grill mess left on the property before us which is why I left a "good" instead of "excellent" rating for cleanliness. I didn't want to be blamed for that. I didn't quite realize that the pool was a shared amenity between 3 houses. You must read details for that. Overall, the property was nice and we enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga. It was close to many nice attractions in the area. I liked the privacy of the spa on the back deck and the lights in the spa. It was a nice getaway for my spouse and I. Thank you.
Fun little house that worked perfect for our small weekend get away. Hot tub was amazing, loved having it on back porch. Pool was for the neighborhood which was a surprise but it was clean and still private. Comfy beds and everything we needed was there. Only small inconvenience was how long it took us to find the drive way. Very private! Great place, would recommend and come back!
