The accommodation is dirty, unkept, paint scaped off some doors, outdoor "sitting area" covered in dirt. The bed didn't look like it had been made. I washed all dishes before I used them. There was no can opener that I could find and some burners on the stove didn't work.
Host communication was excellent. It was in a safe neighborhood. Access into room was as described. However this had a real feel of a basement. Noise upstairs was minimal but we were there late each night and left early every morning. It was clean but just know this is a basement of a house. Access was down some concrete square stones. Couch area very small. Nice sized fridge. Beds were comfortable for me but my daughter said they were too hard.
Great spot for access to surrounding areas. Quiet and peaceful area. Surprised to find a great wooded park behind the property to go on a run/walk. Beds were a little firm, but reasonable. Also no TV in the unit. Great communication with the owner and very easy to check in.
This was a super quiet place. All I heard were birds and frogs. Super helpful people that answered any questions I had, quickly. There is no TV so I actually brought my own Roku one. The Wi-Fi was great. I could easily stream anything I wanted. I loved the washer and dryer and the shower was so good. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. I would stay here again.
