Perfect location!
This property is comfortable and well suited for a getaway to the mountains. The location truly can’t be beat! One block off Main Street and across the street from a grocery store. It has a sliding door out to a small patio which was nice. The bed was super comfy too!

Really nice condo
We came to Breckenridge to relax and check out the town. The location to Main Street was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. The condo was a good size space and very comfortable. We are in our sixties so the only concern was no non slip bath mat or grab bar in the tub.other than that, everything was perfect. Check in was a breeze.

All in all it’s a nice place to stay and I would stay here again. Condo is in a great location situated less than a block from a decent grocery store and 1 block from Main St. Where all the shops and restaurants are. Only 3 blocks away from a banging dog park. The bed was comfortable and there is a laundry room down the hall on the same floor. The negative is one of the bathroom doors sticks so bad you have to slam it, hard. Like so hard everyone in the building must be able to hear it. Also ALL the teflon pots and pans are in rough shape with the teflon peeling and scraping off. (A 2022 study found that scratched teflon pans coated with these chemicals release thousands to millions of microplastics and nanoplastics.)

Location location location!
We stayed here with our pup and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! The condo is just as it appears in the listing - small but nicely maintained. Bed was comfy, fireplace was nice, and the place really is convenient for traveling with a dog. The location really can't be beat. Easy walking to stores, restaurants, hiking, etc.

Exactly what we were looking for
This is an old condo and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. Sure, it's a little dated and worn, but we really liked it. It was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. It's well appointed and the bed is comfortable. I also appreciated the indoor parking on the bottom floor.

Great location but very little ventilation
The location is great! However I came for the cool fresh mountain air and was very disappointed that the only way for fresh air is the sliding glass door that in no way reaches the bedroom which has no windows. I did not feel safe to leave the sliding glass door open at night so I had no way to get in any outside air. This place would be fine in the winter but it is not at all in the summer months.

My first impression was that this place needs a lot of work. It's old. It's dark. There's no window in the bedroom and the whole place needs fresh paint: walls, doors and trim, ceiling. But upon further inspection there was a lot of good too. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Being on the ground floor was nice since we had our dog with us. Brett had all the automatic emails setup which made checking in and out super easy. The location is great. I just wish it felt a little bit nicer for the price. Also the laundry is down the hall and the washing machine on our floor was out of order the whole time we were there so I had to use the upstairs washer. And parking is tough. You do get a parking pass, but there are not a lot of spaces. Someone has their old rundown motorhome parked in the lot and it made parking our pickup a little difficult.

Nicely maintained one bedroom condo with an additional and comfortable sleeper sofa. We loved that it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a grocery right across the street. We were traveling with a blind dog and had a hard time finding a dog friendly property, but this was wonderful.

Location was unbelievable. Less than 2 bocks to downtown. Plus it has a SECURE garage (which was amazing with parking limitations and costs!!) Bit of an odd layout with the bedroom. But large bathroom, living room and small but very nice kitchen equipped with everything you need. If you forget something (like a wine opener) grocery and liquor store just steps away. Obviously recently updated. We brought our dog and were lucky enough to be on the first floor with a slider to the back patio with table and chairs. Recommended

We loved this place so much! Excellent location, we parked our pickup when we got there and never had to use it till we left. Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance! Great communication with Brett! He checked in on us by text and was just great to work with. Highly recommend checking this place out!!

Location was perfect. Unit was very clean. very detailed instructions. check in /out process was easy. Only issue I had was the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the people above you. I was there for several days and a couple of days a dog barked constantly as there was a unit getting some remodeling done so people going in and out which likely made the dogs bark. So between the dogs and the jackhammering it was loud which happened to be on a day when the weather was bad and I was in most of the day working remotely. Obviously Brett has no control over this so I would still give him and his unit 5 stars but just be aware the walls are thin.
