Beautiful home, all the convenience of home.Perfect temperature of the Salt water pool.Lovely canal view with dock to sit on. Spacious gourmet kitchen.One small thing, we are foodies and cook a lot, need better sauté pans and pots. Fan in master bathroom didn’t work.Over all an Aexperience !

Truly a Dream

This is a great property. The location on the canals is fantastic. The house is custom with a great kitchen. The pool area is beautiful. Everything was pristine and lovely. Thank you for the easy check in and allowing me to park in the garage as well!

Nice vacation destination

We enjoyed our trouble free stay at this property. Everything met our expectations and we would recommend this property to anyone who would like a low-key restful vacation in Cape Coral. We did have one hiccup when we arrived at the property. The door code we were provided with initially did not work. We contacted the property manager and it was resolved quickly and we gained entrance.

Beautiful property

As soon as you walk in you get a breathtaking view of the canals, very clean and comfortable giving a homey feeling for 6 adults from mid fifties to early eighties. The house has everything you need from seasonings to pots and pans, there wasn’t a thing we needed. Some fishing poles, beach chairs and an ice chest were there left from previous guests. I would recommend this rental and hope to stay there again. 😃

This house checks all the boxes for the perfect getaway - cleanliness, comfortable beds and seating as well as all kitchen necessities. Interior is nicely decorated with thoughtful details guests appreciate. Pool is marvelous and surroundings quiet.

Felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend the property and hope to be back at some point. We took great advantage of the pool and enjoyed the house immensely! I probably cook more than most people on vacation and would have loved a few more basics in the kitchen (ie - a full set of measuring spoons), but have zero complaints and would come back without hesitation! Would also highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Family Vacation 2024

This house was amazing, definitely everything we expected and more! The pool and outdoor area were a wonderful place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The check-in and checkout process was definitely one of the easiest I have encountered after multiple stays in the area. My family and I would definitely stay here again. An absolute 10/10!

Peaceful Oasis

We utilize VRBO properties 2-3 times per year. We enjoyed this property. Very quiet and peaceful. Great for those looking to relax and unwind by the gorgeous pool. We were 15 minutes from Ft Myers where we enjoyed our late dinners. My only negative feedback would be that the primary bedroom was incredibly warm at night. I actually slept on the sofa 1 night because the temp was so uncomfortable. My husband suggests having more amenities in bathrooms as we only had 1 washcloth per person for a 6 day stay. Overall this was just the perfect location for our peaceful retreat. Side note: Property Mgmt was very nice & easy to work with.

Very nice house! furniture is great (you don't find that it a lot of rental homes) Dealt with both owner and manager and both were great to work with. Beautiful view of the canals, saw manatee, dolphins, and the ever present jumping mullet. Would seriously consider going back to stay at this house.

Excellent property, would highly recommend

The house was large and spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided including a starter pack for the dishwasher and washing machine which was really helpful as we travelled from overseas. The neighbourhood was quiet and the views from the pool over the canal especially for sunsets was exceptional. The pool cage has still not been replaced but this did not affect our enjoyment of the outside space. The property manager was easy to contact and answered all our questions quickly. Thanks to all concerned, we had a great time

Great location and views

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were notified that the cage was damaged and missing due to delays on repairs after Ian shortly after booking and didn't know that there was damage to the sliders in the lanai until the day before we arrived. The pool was amazing and the canal view was a really great way to spend a week. I would definitely return after everything is sorted with the repairs.

Everything about this place was great!! The house was amazing! All the rooms were big with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was massive with a cool shower. The view from the patio/pool area over the canal was a great place to hang out and relax. The whole process from start to finish made a truly amaizing vacation. We would definitely rent a place through them again!

Stay in Cape Coral

We stayed for just over 3 weeks in May 2023. The house was very clean upon arrival. This is run by a property manager so you dont get the personal touch that a direct owner would provide. We appreciated that there were lots of extras provided like towels, kitchen and laundry supplies. We loved the big kitchen, and the walk in closet provided all the storage we could need. This house has SO much storage! Very comfortable sitting area with great couches. Nice large fridge in the kitchen. There is lots to do in area like sun splash water park. Lots of stores within a short drive. Fellowship park is a great park 6 mins away if you have a little one. Also appreciated the pack and play on site and the infant booster seat. Amazing view from the pool of the canal. It is about an hour drive to open water so something to consider if you're bringing your boat. Nowhere on the listing did it say the pool cage was missing, so be aware of that if thats important to you. We found the view was better without it anyway. Some things in the home are in disrepair and need to be replaced. For example the glass sliding doors inside, many do not work and cannot be opened. There are gaps in the glass where small bugs can get in. The outside door by the pool missing, tarp in its place. Pictures show umbrella for the pool, but the only umbrella on site was a lightweight beach umbrella which did not work. Other than those small things the house is lovely inside with a great layout, and you can't beat the view.

We came for a week to watch to my son play baseball in Ft. Myers and figured we would turn it into a mini vaca with my two youngers boys. Although, we were on the road alot with baseball the home is beautiful, the pool the dock just amazing. My two young sons went fishing off the dock and and made so many fun memories. The home is clean the the beds are comfy. Not one complaint! We decided to try and come back again when we are not there for baseball to take advantage of the home. Also , lots of restaurants and near by shops. Such a fun trip!! Thank you opening up your home. Charzewski's

A beautiful respite from the northern winter weather.

This home was everything that the photos showed and more. It is a very spacious, comfortable home. I spent a month getting away from the winter elements, cold, snow, sleet, and wind to name just a few, and thoroughly enjoyed the finest weather Florida provided out on the patio and in the private heated pool every day. In spite of all the restoration and building that is taking place throughout Cape Coral, this neighborhood was very quiet. I enjoyed many walks. Family members and friends that joined for a few days stay had a difficult time leaving. The list of amenities is very accurate, and the kitchen provided a full set of utensils, cooking items, blenders, and then some. If I needed anything, or had any questions, the Property Management team provided immediate response. If my travels bring me back to SW Florida, I would immediately look to this home for my visit.
