The One Bedroom Suite is designed to be your own private hideaway – a wonderful option for small families as well as couples seeking a romantic rendezvous. Rooms include a king-size bed, adjoining spa bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed, and terrace with furniture. Approximately 1,400 SQ. FT.

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

Studio Rental - Would highly recommend!

We had a great experience and would certainly rent from Bill again. We had lots of family staying at Villa La Estancia and my husband and I were just looking for a basic room, as we knew we wouldn't be spending a ton of time in the room itself. We reached out to Bill who quickly got back to us with a few different options - we elected the studio which is essentially a hotel room with a balcony. The room was beautiful and the balcony overlooked the pool & ocean - which was a nice surprise! Estancia was wonderful and we will be back.

Beautiful accommodations

We stayed during the “soft opening” without any inconveniences. The grounds are in the final stages of landscaping, and the market and one restaurant are not yet open. The staff are all amazing, always engaging and helpful. The pool areas and beach are beautiful! Although being on the corridor is nice because it’s easy access to either Cabo San Lucas or San Jose, it is a very busy and dangerous road.

Good news and bad

Good news: The Villa Group properties in Cabo San Lucas are terrific. I've stayed in all three properties (Villa La Estancia, Villa del Palmar and Villa del Arco) on various occasions. The staff is wonderful and very customer service oriented. In net, I cannot review the Villa La Estancia one bedroom suite as it is not the property where I stayed. The owner redirected my request to a one bedroom suite in the Villa Del Palmar (another Villa Group property) which does not have comparable facilities.

A beautiful property and excellent staff! Pool wait staff was the best. We’re so glad we decided to rent from Bill- when he found out it was our anniversary, he arranged chocolate covered strawberries, wine and fruit basket when we arrived! Made our anniversary special. Thanks Bill!

Villa Del Palmar

The host was outstanding. The Check in process took over an hour., terrible experience. Room provided was not ocean view as expected. It was the view of another building. We had to pay extra to upgrade to a much better room. The Carbon Grille and the breakfast were great. The sports bar food is terrible. Were disappointed you could not sit on the beach. We have been to Cabo a lot and this property is one that we won’t return to. This is no refection on the host because they are outstanding!
