Beautiful Condo on 30A next to Alys Beach

Beautiful condo on historic 30A perfectly situated between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. There are many restaurants and shops close by as well as bike rentals. There is a lagoon pool in Seacrest that guests may use. The beach is just a walk away or there is a tram available that will take you to the walkway at Seacrest. Beach chair rentals available through La Dolce Vita.
2 bedroom, 2 bath. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry room. We provide all linens for bed and bath. The living room is very comfortable and has a tv with cable and the ability to watch shows through apps. Each bedroom has a tv. The condo is setup for 4 adults. No smoking, no pets.

Comfortable condo in perfect location!!
This was our second trip to the area and I had wanted to stay within walking distance to everything. This place was perfect. The condo was so clean and cool. Perfect layout, comfortable bedrooms and loved the open kitchen and living room area. We had a great time in the evenings cooking food and hanging out watching TV. The huge balcony is also really nice. Super short walk to everything. The Seacrest pool is fantastic and only a 5 minute walk. Such a great location if you want to be within walking distance to everything. Host was fantastic and very accommodating.

Beautiful Condo
This was the perfect stay for me and my teenage daughter. The condo was extremely spacious and modern. The walk to the pool was less than 5 minutes and the tram to the beach was perfect. Will definitely book again!

Three of us stayed here and it was TONS of room. The condo has so much space. The host includes everything you might need for laundry, games, bathroom, kitchen, cleaning, and beach. The huge balcony makes it so nice for morning coffee and sunsets. The beds are very comfortable as well. The walk to the beach is about 4 minutes, much less if you rent a bike. The condo is located within walking distance from Alys and Rosemary with so many food options.

The condo is high quality. The surrounding area reminded us of Sanibel Island. Prices of most nearby restaurants are at the high end. The condo, however, has all utensils for eating in if you choose. The only negative was not related to the condo or the owner (who was available by phone). There is a lot of construction on the other side of the street. The entry to that site was constant and caused some traffic backup. During the week the heavy equipment noise was frequent and there were occasional electric glitches resulting in frequent loss of tv and internet. None of this is inherent to or detracts from the quality of the condo. As two elderly renters ( 81 & 78 ), we adapted and enjoyed our week. The available swimming pool is a couple of blocks away and is the largest 2-level pool we have ever encountered. We are mobile and visited the pool with the provided wrist bands every day.

My pledge sister and I stayed here for a girls trip for my birthday and had a GREAT time! The condo was immaculate and well stocked. The location could not be more perfect. It is right next to Alys Beach and a short walk to Rosemary. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. There is beach access. The bands were in a box on the front console table and that will get you on to the public access at Seacrest. The private areas are well monitored during the day but if you rent a chair you can get a great spot on the private stretch next to it. We had a wonderful trip and will absolutely rent this condo again!

Perfection!
We absolutely loved our stay. The location is amazing, we took advantage of great Alys restaurants/cafes and biking and shopping in Inlet/Rosemary. Beach is crowded but gorgeous water and overall we had a relaxing time. The wrap around porch is delicious. We are coming BACK to this condo!

30A Experience
This condo was great. Better than advertised. Super Clean, kitchen had everything you needed. Large outside balcony. Convenient to Rosemary restaurants and riding bikes from Alys to Rosemary was amazing. Privileges to the large community pool was an added appeal to stay here. Beach/pool shuttle rite outside the gate. Stress free week thanks to the owner. Hope to be back soon.

This was absolutely the best property I’ve rented on 30a so far. The condo was beautiful, it looked updated, good furniture, everything looked like the photos and it was SPOTLESS. I was so pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. The kitchen was stocked everything we needed and more. Karen, the owner was wonderful. She was quick with communication pre trip and while on the trip she was easy to get a hold of and extremely kind and accommodating. The location was perfect. We had chairs at the Seacrest beach access and it was a very easy walk. We also used the tram which was right outside the building. Parking was so easy and lots of room. I’m always nervous about rental properties because I’ve had terrible experiences but this was perfect! We will definitely book this again.

Best Friend's Weekend!
My best friend and I stayed at this property for the first time, and we were delighted with Karen's property! Her condo location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk everywhere including the beach. We had access to the Seacrest tram service, but enjoyed walking instead. Karen's kitchen is well stocked with anything you need for cooking a meal. The furnishings are beautiful, and we spent most of our condo time sitting on the comfy couch and chairs on the large balcony. We're excited to book another girls trip at Karen's beautiful condo! Lovely accommodations and we had a great time. yet the tvs and overhead fans are tricky to get working especially in master bedroom . You should probably tell guests to bring their own soap.

Wonderful Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was bright, well furnished, and very comfortable. Nice linens, extremely well supplied kitchen, and lots of books, puzzles, dvds. Short walk to neighborhood pool and close to tram stop for beach. Our only complaint, which is no reflection on the owner, is how extremely crowded the beach has become. Seacrest neighborhood is allotted a small section of the beach, and most of that goes to the chair vendors. Everyone else shares a postage stamp portion. It was so crowded that we had to step over peoples chairs and towels just to reach the water. We have been visiting this area for over 20 years, and it’s disappointing to see the beach no longer being open to all. Sections are literally roped off and you are not allowed to venture into the next section. That being said, this is still a beautiful condo with lots of amenities. The complex is very quiet and seems more adult oriented, which was fine with us. I’d highly recommend!

Gorgeous condo and beautiful area.
We loved our stay and had a great time! Communication with our property manager was excellent. And I highly recommend this unit. Walking/bike distance from Rosemary Beach to Seaside (Seaside is a fairly long bike ride for the heat of Florida summer). My only advice is to NOT go to Seacrest Beach!!! When you arrive at the condo there will be a purple band you need to ride the trolly and for entrance to the beach. There were so many rules for that particular beach. “Sorry ma’am you cant roll your cart on this property. You will need to carry it.” “Sorry ma’am you’re not allowed to sit there.” “Sorry ma’am you’re unable to take private property beyond this point.” What???? I’ve NEVER seen so many rules at a beach. Plus, once we finally got there, you couldn’t even see the water. There were 80,000 umbrellas set up (maybe a tad sarcastic) so you literally couldn’t see the water and it was like traveling through a maze to try to take a dip. You can rent an umbrella with two chairs for $65 a day, which isn’t horrible except that your umbrella is about 3 feet from the next. My tip for the property manager is to let renters know the ins and outs of Seacrest Beach, trolley stop locations and pool location. Seacrest Beach was the ultimate frustration. I needed a very strong drink at 11:30 am. We had a fabulous time riding our bikes or taking a short drive a little West to a public beach access and going to the public beach access at Seaside. MUCH less crowded and much more relaxing. This condo is not directly on the beach though. I think VRBO might have had the map showing it on the south side of 30a but it is on the north side. We loved our stay and had a great time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this well appointed condo in The Alexander. It was a five minute walk from the building to the beach. Either direction had great shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo
The condo is everything we expected. It’s beautifully decorated and very enjoyable for a relaxing week. The Seacrest area is great and very family friendly. We visited during the COVID restrictions and were only able to visit the beach for half days. The beach was very nice. The community pool is wonderful. Enjoyable stay. We had a couple of issues and Karen was very helpful to resolve.
