We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was bright, well furnished, and very comfortable. Nice linens, extremely well supplied kitchen, and lots of books, puzzles, dvds. Short walk to neighborhood pool and close to tram stop for beach. Our only complaint, which is no reflection on the owner, is how extremely crowded the beach has become. Seacrest neighborhood is allotted a small section of the beach, and most of that goes to the chair vendors. Everyone else shares a postage stamp portion. It was so crowded that we had to step over peoples chairs and towels just to reach the water. We have been visiting this area for over 20 years, and it’s disappointing to see the beach no longer being open to all. Sections are literally roped off and you are not allowed to venture into the next section.
That being said, this is still a beautiful condo with lots of amenities. The complex is very quiet and seems more adult oriented, which was fine with us. I’d highly recommend!
