About this property

Trulli panoramix is one of the 5 new properties of the TRULLI INVEST group. It has been renovated in 2018 and you will be the first tenants.
It is located on a private hillside land. A private road takes you up a small valley, where you will discover, once you arrive at the top, the trulli panoramix.
From the top of this hill, the house will give you a breathtaking view of the vale of Itria.
No neighbor can see you. Peace in nature, while being close to major tourist cities:

- 5km Cave of Castellana
- 10 km from the sea
- 12 km from Monopoli
- 10 km from Polignano
- 40 km from Bari Airport
- 40 km from Brindisi Airport
The trulli is composed of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
An equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto a large bay window giving a breathtaking view of the private pool on the hillside.
The pool is decorated with 6 sunbeds, barbecue, and terrace with table on a shaded area.
Trulli Invest gives you a tailor-made service to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It is possible to program a shuttle service from the airport to the house.
You will schedule yourself the time you want to have the cleaning of your pool.
We can book for you the best restaurants in the area.
A meal service typical of the region, at home with show-cooking.
Any desire at any time, we would be present to answer your request.

Trulli Panoramix

We had a great week staying in Alberobello. The place is very private, modern and secluded, 10 minutes away from the main town of Alberobello and main attractions, will definitely stay here again.

Trulli an Amazing little Oasis in Puglia

What an unexpected little gem this stay was. We really felt at home with all of the care that Guiseppi gave us during check-in and during our stay. The peace, tranquility and the beauty of this location was a pleasant surprise. We will be back and share our love of this location with family & Friends. Thank you Guiseppi for a wonderful stay!!!

Pretty, but misleading

The place was clean but this listing is misleading. There was a surprise electricity fee at checkout which was very high for a 3 night stay. Forget about using the pool & outdoor space because the amount of insects is unreal. There’s no repellant or sections with nets to help the situation. The rooms, bathrooms, & even the kitchen are secluded from each other so we had to step outside to move across rooms. I wish that we knew that prior to booking since we selected this place with the sole purpose of being together and using the pool and we couldn’t do either. We also didn’t get the cribs that we requested for our infants & instead of providing a solution, the hosts kept stressing that they couldn’t find the messages with the requests. Overall, it’s a pretty trulli but it wasn’t functional for our group.

Entspannte Tage mitten in der Natur

Traumhafte Lage mitten in den Olivenhainen (kleines Manko: es gibt natürlich mitten in der Natur auch ein paar Insekten, aber das ist selbstverständlich wenn man so abgeschieden wohnen will). Man schläft fernab von dem ganzem Touristentrubel. Der Grundriss war mal etwas anderes und passt gut zu einem Häuschen mitten im südlichen Italien. Durch die Bauweise der Trulli-Häuser war es auch bei warmen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Die beiden Duschen sind etwas klein und große Personen müssen etwas aufpassen beim Duschen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter, der uns mit Tipps sehr schnell und unkompliziert zur Seite gestanden hat.

Modern of the beaten path traditional house

The modern property is clean and gorgeous. The location is off the beaten path and secluded which is nice for a relaxing stay. Only issue we had was there was large hornets and wasps around the property and it was hard to enjoy the pool and outside amenities. We also didn't have access to bug spray so there was nothing we could do about the bees for the short time we were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just wish we could've spent more of it outside.

Soggiorno favoloso

Très belle prestation avec piscine

Très belle maison située au calme. A 5 mn en voiture d'Alberobello et 30 mn de Monopolli. Nous avons été très bien accueillie et je remercie Pino pour son accompagnement au cours du séjour. A peine sortie de l'avion qu'il nous avait déjà réservé un restaurant pour notre arrivée. Dormir dans un trulli a été une belle expérience que je recommande. Si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances au calme et sans vis à vis, je vous invite à choisir ce lieu.

Beautiful private trulli

This unique villa is set up on a very private pastoral setting with nature at your fingertips...fig trees and herbs , cows nearby, roosters at sunrise. The accommodations are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is refreshing and private. Gaulthier, our manager, was attentive and informative. A lovely stay for us in Puglia!

Séjour Trulli Panoramix

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce trulli. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité des prestations, le confort (ménage 1 fois par semaine, changement des draps et serviettes chaque semaine, disponibilité de Gauthier qui su répondre à nos besoins...) seul petit bémol, les distances mentionnées ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Il faut compter 1/2 heure pour aller à la plage ou à Monopoli

Excellent séjour dans une magnifique région

Très bon séjour dans ce trullo équipé à neuf : l'emplacement est ideal pour rayonner dans la region, la propriété est au calme avec vue tres dégagée, la piscine est appréciable. Le très bon accueil des propriétaires (et de Paola) est a souligner.
