We had a great time staying at Bart‘s cottage. He was very helpful and offered for us to walk on his wood deck rather than the icy path, which we appreciated! The kitchen is well stocked, and we appreciated all the extra amenities. We would recommend staying here!
The location was convenient to the downtown area and Bridger Bowl. It was a quiet neighborhood and the owner, Bart was very helpful. We would highly recommend this lovely cottage. The cottage was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Our other son lives in Bozeman and it was convenient for him to come and visit and have dinner
The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and had many amenities. Its location was quiet and serene even though you are only about a mile from downtown. Bart was great and shoveled the snow from our walkway and deck every day that we were there.
We stayed for 3 days in January after a visit to Yellowstone. Secluded yet nextdoor to hosts if any issues come up. Spacious, one floor, well insulated so stayed warm despite subzero temps. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful surroundings and walkable to university, Museum of Rockies, and downtown via small streets and a nearby walking trail. Great stay!
Everything about our stay was incredible! Bart was fantastic and the cabin was in great shape and extremely clean. We couldn’t have been more pleased! We will definitely be back again!!!!
I had to go to Montana for a jaw surgery, and this cabin was a great place to stay and recover. The host was great and kept in contact while I was traveling to inform me of the snowfall and precautions to take. Very grateful for such great hospitality and comfort.
comfortable, immaculate, quiet, great amenities in a lovely, safe, home setting on a rare, beautiful piece of property right in the middle of town. We would highly recommend and hope we can make it back.
We had a lovely time staying in Bozeman. The cottage is clean, comfortable and cozy. On the outskirts of town, it provides a quiet yet convenient place to explore Bozeman and the surrounding area.
A nice secluded, secure and private area. Bart, the owner, and family live next door, but were not overbearing. Helped us carry in our things and was available, if needed. Living area was newly remodeled, clean with up to date features which made it a very relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again, in the future.
The house was perfect, just what we needed. It indeed has a Babbling Brook right out back, and we woke up to two Whitetail Deer in the yard one morning. The owner lives in the main house right near the property and is very nice. Great place, would stay again!
Our first time in Bozeman, Montana did not disappoint. Bart the VRBO host was responsive and friendly. Made a beautiful fire (set up ready to go upon arrival home) for our group after spending a long day driving to Yellowstone. Clean house supplied with everything we needed. Thanks Bart!
We stayed here for a weekend and the cottage was close to everything, super comfortable with plenty of amenities. Highly recommend!

About the host
Hosted by Bart Manion
We have lived in downtown Bozeman for 30 years and absolutely love where we live. We know the community well and love sharing our beautiful property with visitors.
Why they chose this property
We are in the heart of historic Bozeman which has not drastically changed over the years. Our neighborhood still has the small town feel with family homes, ball park, playgrounds, walking trails and community garden. And MSU is within walking distance.
What makes this property unique
We are on the one of the last remaining 1 acre parcels in the middle of town. In addition, it sits on Bozeman creek which runs all year round. It feels like you are in the country yet you are in the middle of town.
