This very peaceful, welcoming 2 bed, 2 bath, property in the country is very unique and conducive to a rejuvenating relaxing stay. Sleeps a total of 6 people using the queen bed in the master bedroom, a full size and twin size bed in the second bedroom and a twin size fold out ottoman in the living room.The babbling brook with picnic table and campfire setting are just one of the many extras. This home has been totally renovated, is very clean and fresh. The location is only minutes away from Lily Dale, Fredonia, Lake Erie Beaches and so much more for a great stay and value.

Great setup with an extremely clean and convenient property! Extremely thoughtful landlord who was available at a moments notice when I locked myself out yet have us the privacy we liked when visiting with family. This was such a great visit that I am already looking for another set of dates to do it again!

Always wonderful

Charlene is a lovely host. The property is always consistent and you know what you’ll get when you get there. We love coming here to visit with our family. The property is fantastic and the creek is amazing.

Amazing place feels like home

I highly recommend one of the best places I’ve stayed far and I travel a lot would highly recommend host is very communicative with you. She has a lot of information. If you want to do stuff with the family she is great she’s amazing and I would highly recommend.

Home away from home

I have stayed at plenty of Vrbo properties and this one by far is one of the best. Everything was organized and plenty of space for my family. There was even toys and a play pen provided! Charlene went above and beyond to accommodate anything we could possibly need. When I come back to the area I hope this property is available!

We enjoyed staying at the Joy of life.

We spent Spring Break at the Joy of life, to visit family in the area. The owner Charlene was very nice and welcoming. The house is on a nice piece of property with a little creek that runs through it The house was nice and clean and had everything you expect and need when staying in away from home. WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR VISIT. We definitely will be back.

Beautiful peaceful stay at the Joy of Life!

The Joy of Life is in a wonderfully peaceful setting and is the most well stocked home I have stayed in. We attended a retreat that took up the full days so we're weren't able to spend much time outdoors, but it was so joyful to come home to the Joy of Life. Charlene has taken care of all details and is a lovely caring host. We absolutely loved our stay!♥️😊

Our experience was wonderful, The joy of life is a great name for this comfortable relaxing home.

The property was beautiful, very spacious. The kitchen was very nice size at all the necessities needed, as well as the living room plenty of room for a family to relax. Out side back deck nice and cozy area to have you morning coffee, and listen to the sound of nature. Very quiet relaxing place to stay. There is also a Walmart, Aldi's, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree and few other stores or restaurants about 15 min away if you should need anything. Our Host Charlene is a wonderful, thoughtful kind host. If you have any questions or just looking for something fun to do she has plenty of great suggestions for you to try. My family had an amazing stay at the cozy home called the Joy of Life! Comfort cabin

Anyone looking for a comfortable , well stocked and organized place to rent in western NY would be well advised to seek out Charlene's gem. From the concrete driveway/parking area, to the location in a rural area with a babbling brook , comfortable furniture , walking trails , etc.. this place has it all. Charlene , who lives nearby on the property , is pleasant , easy going , and a wonderful host. I've stayed at several VRBO rentals , and when I saw that Charlene was listed as a premium host , I wondered how someone would be awarded that title. After meeting her on the first day , and our later interactions , I understood fully why she was listed as such. Wonderful friendly person , hospitable , and truly caring about the needs of her guests.

Joy of life

It's located out of town in the quiet woods. Charlene is an awesome host and had everything labeled and conveniently located inside this charming home. We enjoyed walking through the woods and checking out the frozen creek that runs through the property. We were fortunate to have some snow and the kids enjoyed sledding on 2 different hills in the yard. We definitely want to stay again but are looking into the warmer months. This property will be just as beautiful in the winter as the summer. Thank you Charlene!
