Layout: on the ground floor: large entrance with washing machine, possibility of storing bikes and/or surfboards; living room with equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave) and lounge area (television), opening onto a large terrace with view of the golf course (no guardrail, beware of young children); 1 bedroom with 1double bed and large closet; 1 bathroom (shower, sink); Separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, opening onto a balcony with a lovely view of the golf course. 1 private parking space. Capacity: 6 people.
A contribution to charges of €45 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 100€).
