It has a beautiful terrace that overlooks the square. Being oriented to the south, it is very bright and sunny all year. Ideal for breakfast, dinner or have a drink in it.

Very central location in San Sebastien
Great hosts - very helpful with checkin. Enjoyed our very private balcony with a square view! Location was perfect to visit all San Sebastián offered.

Superb location, close to everything!
Superb location, great communication (from Miren) and all you need for a holiday. The apartment was also close to all the shops and restaurants and very clean - highly recommended.

Beautiful San Sebastian
We really liked the location of Muriel’s apartment. We took advantage of the balcony each day of our stay. Bars/Restaurants on our doorstep literally and a few more steps to pasticeries and small food markets. Muriel answered our queries promptly.

A wonderful taste of San Sebastián.
Miren was indeed a great host. She attended to our requests promptly and was very attentive and enthusiastic. The apartment was centrally located yet still very quiet. It provided a comfortable retreat after each day’s sightseeing. The balcony was very pleasant with its beautiful magnolia trees. We cooked our evening meals in and enjoyed the apartment’s facilities. The apartment was spacious and bright. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment in old town San Sebastian
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Mirren's apartment and it was just as good as the first time we stayed. The apartment is very elegant, very clean and bigger than it looks in photos. It is close to everything - we walked along the river from the train station. There is a bit of street noise but you have to remember that you are in a town with a great eating and drinking culture. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing
This apartment is exactly as described and exactly as shown in pictures, if not better in person. It is big, clean and had all the amenities we needed! It is located in a perfect location, right in the heart of old town near all the Pintxos bars and a few minutes walk from the beach. Although it’s in a busy location, it’s nice and quiet inside. Miren was a great host who always answered our questions prior to our stay and checked in on us during the stay. She even brought us more washing tablets. The only thing to note is if you are light sensitive like I am, it does get very bright in the rooms at the night from the street lights even with the shutters. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to San Sebastián and recommend this apartment to all. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great location
We love San Sebastián and this property was in a really good location. Parking was a definite issue 😐. The apartment offers basic requirements . Small but comfy bed and fabulous shower. Miren was really helpful 😊

Awesome place to stay in San Sebastián
We had a wonderful time at this San Sebastián apartment! The location in Old Town was perfect. It was very easy to walk to everything! The apartment was a perfect size, immaculate, furnished with everything one would need, and had a balcony overlooking the square. The check in procedure worked really well, and the communication with our host was the best we have had! We would highly recommend a stay here! You will not be disappointed!

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was in old town and we could walk everywhere to see the sights. Miren was a wonderful hostess and responded very fast to any questions . 4 Days in San Sabastian
Miren is a terrific host. Her apartment in Old Town was perfect for our stay. Many restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, shops, and bus routes are nearby.The condo was cozy on some cooler December nights. It was spotless and had comfortable furniture. Miren provided excellent recommendations for some tapas bars to eat at. I highly recommend you go to SSua for tapas or a meal - it was terrific. San Sabastian is a beautiful town.

Lovely charming apartment on the edge of old town
While getting into the flat seemed complex ultimately it wasn't. Once you have the keys it was easy. The location was on a small square on the edge of old town which can get busy but quiets down by 11pm which seemed unique compared to how busy the rest of old town was in San Sabastian. The host was great and suggested some great restaurants to go eat at and responded to all of our questions. A successful stay to a new place on our journey in Spain.

be aware of noise and scary staircase!
the location was charming but you need to know a few things: the staircase is okd and needs to be replaced; in the evening through t he wee hours of the morning the 2 restsurant/bars were very noisy every night.

Deserves all the great reviews it has received.
Great location, but not quite as close to the beach as advertised. Check in process is a little unusual, but works. On a noisy active plaza but the apartment is reasonably quiet. Well appointed, clean and attractive space.

San Sebastián perfect location
We arrived in a rain storm so finding where we were to park was tricky. But our host was able to assist us. This apartment is perfectly located. Old town area. Restaurants everywhere. Shopping is close. Magnolia Tree off the deck. Beautiful. Kitchen well stocked. Host is wonderful! Very nice and only one flight of stairs!

All good , although bathroom needs a refresh. Black grout and black silicone sealer in shower. Hooks and rings need repairing/replacing. Electrical wires in bathroom need hiding. Light bulb missing over sink for vanity mirror.

Comfortable and great location
We enjoyed our brief stay here and loved being able to walk all over downtown San Sebastian. The host is communicative and helpful. Parking was it's very expensive so avoid it if you can. The apartment was comfortable and clean overall, but the shower definitely needs some attention!
