Large holiday home with beautiful views in the southwest of Gran Canaria only ten minutes drive from the beach of Maspalomas. Among other things, this property offers a private pool (heatable for a surcharge) and a garden area, spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

 

This El Salobre Golf Resort villa is ideal for families, friends or just guests seeking privacy away from the tourist crowds.

 

2 bedrooms are upstairs with sea views from afar and the mountains. The third bedroom is located in the basement and is very spacious (there is no window).

 

Please note that this property is not recommended for people with reduced mobility as it has stairs with up to 11 steps.

 

You can enjoy a day in the garden, swim in the pool, soak up some sun and cook with its fantastic barbecue.

Pool Features
Kidney-shaped, roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, poolside shower, 5 metres long, 2,50 metres wide and 1.20 metres deep.

 

Our customers receive an exclusive "Welcome Pack" with basic products for the first day in the villa.

 

You will enjoy our special delivery service of fresh rolls (delivered fresh to your villa early in the morning).

 

A full weekly cleaning service is provided (from 7 nights) with change of linen and change of towels for stays longer than 1 week.

 

This villa offers a free service for a cot for children under two years old. Please let us know when booking as the cot and high chair are only available on request.

*** A dog is accepted for a fee of 100 € per stay.

 

This property is located in a residential area so activities that could disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.
