2 Bedroom (queen, 2 sets bunks), 2 bath condo on 5th floor of Surf's Edge on 65th street in midtown, Ocean City, MD. Surf's Edge is a quiet ocean front building. Our condo has great views looking north up the beach. Watch the sun rise and set in the summer months from the large balcony. Hardwood floors, updated kitchen. New living room furniture including queen sofa sleeper. Washer, dryer. Central AC. 2 parking spots in covered garage next to elevator (6'6" clearance). Storage shed for beach gear. Great restaurants, grocery (seasonal), shopping, ice cream, Dunkin Donuts (seasonal), tennis center, mini golf, all within couple blocks for an easy walk.

NO smoking/vaping including on balcony,
NO pets, high school senior or college groups.

NOTE: Our amazing cleaners charge an additional $50 cleaning fee for Sundays ($200 total includes bed/bath linens, beds made upon arrival) which will be added at time of booking if check out is a Sunday. Cleaning fee including linens $150 Monday-Saturday check out days.

We fulfilled a long term dream of having a place to call home by the sea in October 2018. We live and work outside of Baltimore and love retreating to the sea for getaways. We'd love to share our beachfront home with others to enjoy the peace being by the sea brings.

Why they chose this property

The view of the beach and the ocean grabbed us as soon as we walked in, along with the wood floors, large balcony and small condo building. We love mid town OC, the beach is less crowded right on these couple of streets and there are restaurants, shopping, ice cream, mini golf all within a short walk.

What makes this property unique

The view, size of balcony, being able to watch the sun rise and set from balcony in the summer months, walking distance to mostly anything needed. You can park your car for the week and never need to get in it. 2 parking spots in the garage next to elevator.
