This 600sf Oceanfront 1BR Suite features:
- 1 Queen bed in the bedroom;
- Living Room with a Sofa bed (no balcony);
- DINING AREA with a table for 4;
- Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove (no oven), coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator.
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, and glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!

THE PROPERTY

- Daily Housekeeping;
- Direct beach access from the property;

- Swimming pool (unheated) with loungers, umbrellas, and tables;

- The metered public parking lot is located only 2 blocks away, it is free from 6 pm until 8 am and $1/hour during the day. Please read the meter before leaving the car since the price can change during the holiday and special events.

- Wearing a mask and social distancing are enforced on all guests;
