Great property! I took the kids for a weekend get-a-way and this was absolutely what we were looking for. The home is in a great location and reasonably priced. Very comfortable, clean, easy check-in and had all the amenities we could ask for. Would definitely stay here again.
Very spacious. The four of us had a great time. Close to everything, especially the Grand Canyon. We saw deer in the front yard, so cool. Nice quiet neighborhood. If we are in the area again, this is where we want to stay!!!
What a great house. Property and manager were great. Lots of room. Took my daughter to college with her friend and plenty of room for all of us. Would stay there again
Very conveniently located in Flagstaff.
Clean with all the necessary supplies we needed for a comfortable stay in the area. Would definitely return when visiting family in the area
Excellent value - easy access to Snowbowl and Grand Canyon
We spent Thanksgiving with family here and really enjoyed our time. Easy access and parking for 3 cars. House is nice but kitchen could use a general refresh of cookware, silver ware, etc. if you aren’t cooking meals, everything you need is here. Furnishings are a unique mix of rustic and contemporary. A little reinvestment here would be welcome, but it covers what most need making for a good value for this area.
We had a great time in the flagstaff area. This home was in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to the areas that we were visiting. It was clean, well stocked with necessities and made our trip to the area successful! Would highly recommend!
I wish I had seen this place the 4 years my daughter went to NAU. It was nice to have a notebook on the property written by the owner of all the hot spots! for her to reflect on her college years. :)
Love the grill and the backyard!!
It was perfect. We also took a day trip to the Grand Canyon ...PERFECT. THANK YOU
Cozy little house that accommodated 1 parent, 3 kids, and 2 grandparents for a week in Flagstaff. It's an older house with appliances/furniture showing wear and tear that you would expect from a well-used rental. However, everything was clean and functional for its intended use. The neighborhood was just as charming with people walking/biking and kids hanging out playing in the yards.
Everything as clean and well stocked. The yard and handful of toys were nice for my kids. There was a grill in the back, but we did all the cooking in the house. The beds were comfortable. We had a minor issue with the lock when we extended our stay, but the property manager was easy to get in touch with and took care of us right away.
House was decent, but kitchen needs to be cleaner.
Overall we had a decent stay. The house was mostly clean and the location was good. My main complaint would be the kitchen. The sink is heavily stained and was dirty around the edges. The pots and pans are in terrible condition with burned food stuck on. The shower in the master bath was also very small, has no light in it, and the shower head only came up to my chest - you’re better off using the shared bathroom. These minor issues weren’t a dealbreaker, but I’m calling these out as the owners could turn this from a mediocre property to a much better one.
The interior of the home was perfect for us with a nice kitchen and shared space plus 3 separate bedrooms. The home is older so the bathrooms are very small. The yard is not maintained and the grass is not mowed so be aware of that if you plan to spend time in the back yard area. Property management company was quick to respond and attempted to get the yard under control for our graduation celebration but mower refused to start so it didn’t happen.
It is a shame that the home owner only receives 1/3 of the amount we were charged.
We planned a sister trip to see the Grand Canyon and Sedona and this rental was a perfect launching point. The property was as stated and perfect for 3 sisters, the beds were very comfy and the kitchen adequately supplied.
If we were to return to the area would definitely consider staying again.

While the home itself was clean and satisfactory we would have appreciated a heads up about the sandbags around all the homes and that all of the streets were currently being dug up due to flooding in the area prior to our stay. This made it difficult getting into the property along with receiving incorrect information on how to unlock the door.
Charming house with large, shaded backyard was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and roomy. TV was somewhat difficult. We are used to Dish. Would have been nice to get a "heads up" about the street being blocked off, but we managed.
The location is ideal. Close to big trail systems, close to downtown and to restaurants. Property was in good shape and provided my family enough space and room to watch our child and have some nice time together.
