Our guests will be quite comfy in our newly remodeled vacation home with access to lake and private dock on Coldwater Lake. This home has a large deck and yard for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. All linens are included in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. A brand new central air conditioner will keep you cool, as well as the lake breeze... myou choose! Don't let the pictures fool you, this mobile home has spacious rooms and is furnished with 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds, and will sleep up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot and all the cookware and dinnerware needed. Enjoy some delicious BBQ on the charcoal grill, while looking at the lake view. And don't forget the marshmallows, because the fire pit is ready for you!
If this is your first visit to Coldwater Lake, it surely won't be the last! This all sports lake is 1 of 7 lakes connected to the Coldwater chain of lakes. Hours of cruising, plenty of fishing holes, water skiing, tubing and jet skiing....This is summer on Coldwater Lake! The private dock will allow for your boat or jet ski(s). No worries if you don't have a boat, there are 2 marinas close by for pontoon rental, Coldwater Lake Marina and Lake Drive Marina, and there is a boat launch right around the corner.
Coldwater Lake is perfectly located for vacationers. Iyopawa golf course, and Bella Vista golf course are near by, and many great restaurants are close by. With so many lakes near by, you will find wineries, breweries and shopping as well!
Summer fun is definitely happening here, but don’t forget the Fall fun. Watch the leaves turn, and sit by the campfire. This heated mobile home will keep you cozy as the fall chill arrives.
