About this property

Wonderful Oceanfront 1Br Suite in Landmark Resort!

Wake up to the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and have coffee on the private balcony. This suite is located on the 12th floor of Landmark Resort and has an unobstructed ocean view. Resort offers great water amenities, a fitness room, and free parking

The space:
It is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with your friends. The suite features a remodeled full kitchen with granite countertops. Two beds in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room to accommodate 6 guests. Landmark Resort is located on 1501 S Ocean Blvd. There are many indoor and outdoor pools at the resort. Guests can use all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building, but not the ones across the Ocean Blvd by the garage building, as these are owned by third party company and not by the resort..

Guest access:
Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the fitness center.
Water area across the street from the building is not part of the resort, but owned by a third party company, therefore not accessible to our guests. Guests do not have access to restaurants/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room.

Other things to note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING
- Must be 21 to book. 
-Check-in is anytime after 4 pm.  Check-out is at 10 a.m.  Early check-ins or late check-outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a $100.00 fee. 
-Pets are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog-friendly suites.) 
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00. 
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00. 
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it like you found it and respect this place. 
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out. 
-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11 pm-6 am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.

Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Travelers must cancel by 11:59 p.m. on the cut-off day (60 days prior to check-in)  to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.*

Really enjoyed the accommodations. Stay at the Landmark all the time for all kid friendly pools & water activities. This was first time using outside reservations. Really enjoyed the experience.

Not cut out for Resort living.
We had a good stay. Management company was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions, even at night. We had some confusion getting our wifi hooked up, hotel entry cards didn’t work, but nothing major. We weren’t as pleased with the property as we had hoped. The parking was quite a distance from our room, which made loading and unloading with 2 kids pretty inconvenient. There was trash in the halls and elevators. The pools were dirty and packed. The outdoor pools were all closed due to the construction (but signs posted said for front desk resort guests only, so we wouldn’t have been able to use them anyway). The room was clean, but the heater in the bedroom didn’t work, so our first couple nights were pretty chilly. It was also tight maneuvering in and out of the room with the kids, the luggage racks and beach cart didn’t fit past the beds. It was very loud, the walls are thin. So we heard doors slamming and people yelling next to us and in the hall well past midnight. We did have a good time & management company was great. The suite was clean, and had everything they promised, great views…….We just discovered that big resort places are probably not for us.

2021 vacation
My husband and I came down for The Weekend with our children. The hotel was nice with heated indoor pools for the cold weather. The indoor hot tubs were amazing and were very hot! This condo can easily sleep 7 guests. The shower was great as the pressure was the best I’ve ever experienced and the hot water lasted forever! It was a easy quick check in and check out. We didn’t have to deal with the front desk which was nice because the hotel was very busy. The only thing I could say is the mattress weren’t that great, they were kind of hard but other then that it was a great stay and we will be back! Thank you- Ashley and her family!
