Located in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach with deeded beach rights. This 2/1 was recently remodeled and is the perfect getaway, located just an hour from Boston. Enjoy your day taking walks on the beach and relaxing at night in the cozy cottage. We have maintained five star reviews for the past two years on Airbnb. We welcome all professional travelers, please respect our home. No parties or gatherings allowed, the property is monitored.

1) No gathering larger than your documented amount of guests. Any larger gatherings / parties will be reported by neighborhood watch and action will be taken (Penalties/legal action/removal)
2) No fires in the fireplace or backyard
