Semi-detached house with independent access and private parking (2/3 cars) composed of: 1 double bedroom - 1 bedroom with two single beds (can become double) a bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds) - each bedroom is equipped large closet - two bathrooms (one with shower one with tub) - living room and dining room - kitchen - large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Civitavecchia and the Tuscan inland (Capalbio) - the house also has a large basement inside which Ironing laundry is provided.

Vacanze relax
Per chi ama la tranquillità è la villa ideale per trascorrere le vacanze. Casa molto spaziosa e vista mare. Proprietari accoglienti. Unica pecca è che non ci sono negozi e nemmeno una gelateria quindi bisogna spostarsi in macchina.

Schönes Haus, aber leider abgewohnt, ungepflegt und schmutzig
Den einen Stern vergeben wir für die Lage des Hauses sowie für die Hausarchitektur an sich. Leider befindet sich das Haus in einem abgwohnten und ungepflegten Zustand (besonders Bäder und Küche). Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft (15.07.2018) waren lediglich die Böden grob gereinigt. Für den Rest des Hauses (besonders Waschbecken, Toiletten !!!, Badschränke, Küche) haben wir die ersten beiden Stunden des Aufenthaltes mit einer Grundreinigung verbracht. Durch Auskleidung des kleineren Bades mit Handtüchern konnten die unappetitlichsten Ecken so verdeckt werden, dass eine einigermaßen entspannte Badnutzung möglich wurde. Das größere Bad ist in dem Zustand gar nicht anbietbar, so dass wir dieses gleich von außen abgeschlossen und gesperrt haben. Auch die Küche ließ uns zurückschrecken: verschmutzte Spüle, verkeimte Espressokocher, noch verkeimterer Toaster und Backofen, herumliegende alte Putzlappen, abgeplatzte Möbelkanten etc.; einzig annehmbar war der Kühlschrank. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern bestanden aus zurechtgeschnittenen Schaumstoffmatten auf Sperrholzböden. Wer möglichst unbefangen schlafen möchte, schaut besser nicht unter die Bettlaken!! Ein Sessel im Wohnzimmer hätte längst auf den Sperrmüll gehört; die Sofaauflage war teilweise verschlissen. Auch die Terrassenmöbel hätten etwas liebevolleren Umgang in der Vergangenheit verdient gehabt; dass der Sonnenschirm kaputt war, hat uns dann auch nicht mehr erstaunt. In der Hausbeschreibung war dann noch Sat-TV angekündigt, was natürlich auch nicht ging. War an sich ohne TV nicht schlimm, nur um das WM-Finale Cro/Fra war es schade. Irgendwie haben wir dann die 2 Wochen im Haus herumbekommen, haben auf dem Gasherd gekocht und tagsüber waren wir sowieso unterwegs. Zum lokalen Strand (dunkler Sand) sind es 10 Minuten Fußweg; zu den schönen Badebuchten bei Porto Ercole ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist in Orbetello (15 Min. Auto). Wenn Bäder und Küche herausgerissen und grundlegend saniert sowie die Inneneinrichtung besonders der Schlafzimmer komplett erneuert werden, idealerweise eine Klimaanlage ergänzt wird und das ganze dann noch regelmäßig eine Reinigung erfährt, kann man wieder 5 Sterne vergeben. Im aktuellen Zustand ist es schon eine Frechheit, dass Haus zur Vermietung anzubieten.

Comoda e rilassante
La casa è bella e comoda per raggiungere a piedi il mare. Il piano inferiore è molto fresco. La terrazza ha una bellissima vista sul mare e la sera è veramente un ambiente fresco e piacevole dove rilassarsi. Forse qualche piccolo aggiustamento si potrebbe auspicare per i bagni, soprattutto quello più grande dove la doccia è difficile da regolare e non c'è un attacco a parete per fissare la manopola. Comunque nel complesso è una casa dove certamente ci si può rilassare, comoda per il mare e con a disposizione tutto quello che serve per vivere comodamente una bella vacanza!

Autentisk pæn og velindrettet bolig med alle nødvendige faciliteter. God plads til 4 voksne.
Først og fremmest stor tak til ejeren Lorenzo for stor fleksibilitet i forbindelse med ankomst og afrejse. Ejeren bød selv velkommen og fremviste boligen. Huset var velordnet og bød på de nødvendige faciliteter. Især nød vi terrassen med den fantastiske udsigt til Middelhavet og stranden som man kan gå direkte til af en lille sti. Sommhusområdet er meget roligt, især om aftenen, bliver det hyggeligt og stille, da der ikke findes nogen restauranter eller diskotek. Ud over et lille minimarkedet 500 meter fra huset er nærmeste handelsbyer 7 km borte (ikke nogen ulempe). Området byder på mange gamle og autentiske byer, samt Monte Argentario som man kan køre til af 2 opdæmmede veje. Rom er heller ikke mere 1 1/2 time borte med tog. Alt i alt et godt udgangspunkt for en afslappet ferie til trods for den lange køretur fra Danmark. Familie Essemann - Jensen

Panorama stupendo a due passi dal mare
Casa comoda e spaziosa, ampiamente dotata di stoviglie e piatti, vicina al mare, raggiungibile a piedi. Grazie per l'ospitalità.
