About this property

Our home is located in one of the closest subdivisions to the Walt Disney World entrance, less than a 10 minute drive. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third and fourth bedrooms have child-themed twin beds in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, range, washer, dryer, dinnerware and linens. A 58 inch Smart HD TV is provided in the living room and each bedroom is equipped with a smart (Roku) TV. The house is spacious (1600 Sq. Ft.) and has all the comforts of home. The pool area is screened in with a table and lounge chairs. Outside the screened in area is a gas fired Bar B Q grill. Free wireless Internet service provided. The backyard is fenced for added privacy around the pool. Close to golf courses and shopping.

Florida Holiday 2023

Have stayed here previously & returned for a second visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return for another holiday to Florida, everything is really close by and you have everything you need within the villa itself cooking/AC/pool table/swimming pool, beds are fantastic too etc. The owners of the house also keep in contact with you and the communication is exceptional. I can’t fault it. Also to note it is the perfect location close to all Disney parks and the 192, (not a long drive to universal either)

Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation

The home was just as it stated. It was clean, everything you would need from Kitchen utensils to beach towels were provided. The pool was clean, beds were comfortable, kids enjoyed the games tables. It was close to restaurants, stores and Magic Kingdom. I would and probably will stay again.

Florida Home

Really enjoyed staying here, great location, had everything we needed, also Gary always got back to me very quickly with any questions and queries I had. I would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to visit Florida that wants to be near Disney parks and the 192, also only a 25 min journey from universal. So location is perfect. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool and loved the themed bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home close to Disney World

During out 9 night stay we were able to go to 3 Disney Parks, both Universal Parks, and spend a day at Clearwater and St. Augustine as this nice home was within 2 hours of our furthest destination. We'd been to the Cape otherwise that would have been within an hour as well. Great pool, fun themed rooms for the kids (even though ours are older, they still enjoyed them) and everything we needed was there. Thanks!

Great home, close to everything in Orlando

This is a great home. It is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials and linens you will need. Like most rental homes you'll need to bring extra garbage bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap if you choose to use those things. We had an issue with the internet and TV not working during our stay. The management company had someone come out right away, it was an issue on the outside of house. The Internet company actually came out on Thanksgiving day to fix it. We paid to heat the pool, hoping to relax in the evenings after a busy day at the parks, however the pool was only heated for limited hours during the day. So I wouldn't pay for a heated pool, unless you plan to use it during the day . We were forced to be creative in the evenings with no internet, tv or pool!! Very close to everything in Orlando. Restaurants and parks are within 10 minutes.

Location, location, location....

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location of the home really couldn’t have been any better. The home was very very clean and comfortable. The owners were very prompt with the check in information, it was a very easy process. We will definitely be looking to book this home again on our next trip.

All is great ... except for the beds and fire alarms going off

The property is pictured exactly as listed. The home was clean and it was nice that the little extras like paper towels, dish washer detergent and toilet paper were there for the first day, if needed. Walmart is right down the street which is a plus. We ordered heat for the pool to be warm and at first pool looked dirty but after closer review it only needed a good scrubbing. Communication with the owners, Gary and Jacki, was good...however when we needed the onsite property manager we never received any callbacks. Our main complaint was that the mattresses DESPERATELY need to be replaced. When the property manager didn’t get return my calls, I reached out to the owners and was told it was the first time hearing it was an issue and that the property management doesn’t have a replacement mattress and to sleep in another bed. When you specifically rent a home because of a king bed, you expect to be able to sleep in it and not in a twin bed which was just as bad as the king bed. Adding insult, the fire alarms kept going off the first two days throughout the day and night waking every one up. Since the property manager never responded, we had to troubleshoot ourselves. If going to rent this home, ask when mattresses were replaced prior to booking save yourself back pain and loss of sleep. They were THAT bad. We’ve rented homes for the past five years and this is the first one that made us rethink booking a hotel.

Florida Fun

We loved all of the amenities at the property (pool, pool table, foosball, BBQ, etc.). We just went with a group of friends but the themes bedrooms would be fun for kids. One thing that was kind of odd is the guests are requested to start a load of laundry before leaving the property and wash all towels but no laundry soap was provided.

Great place!

Overall we were satisfied with the property. I would have given it a 5 star across the board, but when we arrived everything was great except the pool, it needed cleaning. I reached out to the property owner and he had someone at the house the following morning (to late in the evening for same-day). The pool needed attention daily from us to skim the top, but we found out after this was due to a few openings in the screen, which the porperty owner wasn't aware of. He was going to see that it got addressed. All in all, the house was great, fully equipped, all the amenities, etc.

Lovely cosy villa, great location, close to Disney Parks!

The layout of this villa and it’s location was perfect for us. It has a spacious living area that has a large smart tv, sound bar and cable tv. It also has super comfy sofas. The kitchen is a nice size and well equipped and I wanted to bring the washer and tumble dryer home with me!!The bedrooms all have good size TVs in and comfy beds all with large wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a lovely size bath and shower and the other bathroom also has a nice shower over a bath too. To me the comfort of carpet under your feet throughout the living area and bedrooms was great. The garage has a large pool table and football table for more family fun.The swimming pool is a good size, the surrounding area has comfy sunloungers and it is private too.The owners always replied to me quickly and were extremely helpful. We had an awesome vacation and this villa just added to the joy.

Disney vacation

The home was everything we expected. Equipped, clean and we'll maintained. The beds were comfortable and the grand kids loved the pool. Had a small issue, contacted the property manager and he responded quickly....Overall we enjoyed our stay and will consider this home on our next trip to Orlando! !!!
