Modern villa with pool in Provence

Very recent family villa near the Alpilles. It is very bright and spacious. Village Molléges pleasant with local shops including 2 restaurants. We are 10 minutes from St Remy de Provence, 20 minutes from Avignon, 30 minutes from Luberon.

Ideal for families wishing to visit the surrounding area and enjoy the tranquility of the south.

The pool of the condo is available from 10h to 19h.

The house has a large living room of more than 60m ² fully equipped: kitchen with TV, lounge with TV, Wii, large dining room table. It gives a direct access on the big terrace full south (60m ²).
 
3 bedrooms are equipped with dressing room and bed 2 places.
The fourth has a comfortable sofa bed 2 places.

The accommodation has 2 bathrooms (N ° 1: walk-in shower - N ° 2: Italian shower + bathroom) and 2 toilets.

Many places to park in the course.

Ideal garden for children equipped with a swing visible from the terrace. The terrace includes a table and 6 chairs, a lounge area with an egg chair, a hammock and a gas griddle under the carport.
