This beautifully remodeled house with Guest house is perfect for your next memorable getaway.

Large home in back, and one bedroom guest cabin in front may accommodate 11 people. 4 total bedrooms and a sleeping loft. Between both homes you will find a large outdoor BBQ and living area with covered SPA that has privacy curtains.

Both homes have open floorplans, updated kitchens with stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms, Smart TV's with Cable, comfortable forced air heat systems, washer/dryer, air conditioning and enclosed yards. You will also an find an EV charger, Horseshoes and a half Basketball Court.

The larger home has heated Slate & Marble Floors downstairs, 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, 2 updated bathrooms, one has a Jet Tub! The Stone fireplace is perfect to relax around.

The 1-bedroom cabin is perfect for privacy or a multi-generational vacation. There is an electric fireplace, in an open family room. Enclosed sunroom, where you can enjoy the views and a cup of coffee. This is a single story, so no stairs to access the bedroom with a queen-sized adjustable bed, a spectacular slate custom shower and heated slate floor.

Located in beautiful Boulder Bay, moments away from Restaurants, The Village and Ski Resorts. Bay Park and Pleasure Point Marina are both less than one mile away!

**NOTE: this home is monitored by the Ring doorbell, which has visual access to the driveway, and backyard BBQ and Jacuzzi area. The jacuzzi has curtains for privacy.**

WIFI, amazing slate shower with a powerful shower tower. The Queen bed is adjustable (with a massage feature). It has a combo washer and dryer for all the comforts of home. It has parking in front and the enclosesd sun room is a great spot to view the snow and enjoy the beverage of your choice. Horseshoe pit, basketball half court and more to enjoy while you are here.
