Stay was good, except the HVAC is much older. So unable to use the first floor 2 bed rooms since no heating system was there. Fire and gas heating system is not even around the home. If this is updated, its such a great place to stay for vacation. And no dish washer is there.Overall we 3 families managed in second floor and it was good stay.
We were deciding between this house and another more modern home. We picked this one so the cousins could have a shared space. They enjoyed being together. Most of the kids like the "closet" beds. Home could use some updates. The curtains could be thicker or blinds added for more privacy/darkness for mornings.
Central Location and great for Muti Family vacation
Nice spacious cabin. Comfortable beds. Nice fireplace. Large open field with a small creek. Great location for Vacationing with multiple families as all five cabins are close together on the same property. Great location - Quick drive to Cherokee and smoky mountain national park . Less than two hours to Gatlinburg,, pigeon Forge and Asheville. Very nice host.
The owners are very responsive and kind. The place is a bit dated, but it was comfortable and quiet. It is always a bonus when the beds are so comfortable.
This property was as described, nothing fancy, but served the purpose for our family reunion. The location was quiet and beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Disappointed by not having dishwasher for 11 people stay
The property plan is good and kids got excited by the beds under attic area. There is no central heating or AC so during winter time upstairs got really hot and the bedrooms got very cold. The owner was nice to give us extra space heater.
Its was clean but will explore uncleanliness as you start living there.
Likes-
-Great view
- Quick answers to your questions
- Lot of space for parking
Dislikes-
-Surprising extra charges while booking
-Not cleaned enough so dont let children play alone
-If cooking bring your own cutlery, its in very bad shape.
- Beds were not as mentioned in description, extra beds were broken
Linda and her husband were great. We loved the big, mowed field in front of the cabin - it was a great place for the kids to play outdoor games and sports. Cabins were a bit dated and need some window shades for privacy. The carpet needs a good cleaning. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately I had to go to hospital for a heart ondition and was unable to make it to you're beautiful property. Not easy to have fun in the mountain on a heart monitor.
