Old house located in the village of Pleumeur BODOU with all the amenities. Fitted kitchen including hob and town gas oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine. Living room with sofa, armchairs, television, DVD player. One bedroom with a double bed and a second with two single beds. Two toilets, a shower room. Laundry room with washing machine. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. House overlooking a busy street in a quiet area of the village. Less than 5 minutes from all amenities (supermarket, bakery, butcher, post office, hairdresser, restaurants, tourist office ...). 10 minutes by car from the beach. Sea visible from the lane adjoining the house. Fully enclosed house, possibility of parking a vehicle in the courtyard. Ideal for family.

Superbe séjour
Maison trés bien située au calme.propre. idéale famille. Accueil par Karine très agréable. Répond rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Tous commerces a 4min a pied. Trés nombreuses visites aux alentours.
