Fabulous Home From Home - 5 Miles From Disney

4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse on Club Cortile, Seven Dwarfs Lane, a gated community just 5 miles from Disney. Fabulous location, superbly equipped townhouse. Master bedroom with king size bed , walk in closet, large en suite & 2 x 2 twin bedrooms with separate bathroom are upstairs. Junior Master with queen size bed, en-suite. Open plan kitchen, lounge, diner + utility room are downstairs. Screened porch off the lounge. TV in lounge and all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything from a bottle opener to a slow cooker and air fryer. All linens, towels, pool towels & a cooler to take to the pool/beach are supplied. A crib, stair gate, high chair and stroller are all supplied. FREE WIFI, FREE US/Canada/Puerto Rico phone calls & a FREE safe. Community has a pool & spa, large deck area, plenty of loungers, tennis/basketball court, tot lot. 4000 sq ft clubhouse with gym, Internet room & theater room . Just 5 min walk along Seven Dwarfs Lane to US HWY192, Sports Bar, Restaurants, Shops and Lynx Public Transport. A quiet haven away from the parks

Our townhome has all that you need to make you instantly 'feel at home'. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and even things you don't! The utility room houses a full size washer, separate dryer, iron and ironing board, so there is no need to take dirty laundry home with you.

With TV's in all bedrooms and in the lounge, there should be no arguments over what to watch. For a fun experience you could book the theatre room, take your own DVD, popcorn, snacks and drinks and watch your movie - just like being AT the movies!

There is a hairdryer in each bathroom.

The heated pool with large sundeck is the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the theme parks, or to chill out during the day. There is a tot lot to one side of the pool and a tennis/basketball court to the other side for the more energetic. The fitness room is accessible from the pool area or through the clubhouse. Free wifi is available in the pool/clubhouse area.

There are no allocated parking spaces, but there is ample parking.

There is free WIFI at the house and free calls to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. There is also a safe to use in the house, also free of charge.

We have a keyless entry system You will be sent a unique code at least 7 days before your arrival.

Club Cortile has a virtual gate guard 24 hours. You will need to let us know the names of all drivers to be allowed access through the gates. There is also a night time Security Guard.

Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Superb Accommodations

4 Bdrm/3 Bath home well maintained & furnished, kitchen is also well equipped. Close to all attractions & shopping. Gated with ample parking, easy communication with owners or management.

Don't waste your time!

The owners never sent us the access code a week ahead had to spend time upon arrival when I have kids and family ready to settle In, the toilets barely flush, the kitchen ware is old worn and needs replacing, pots and pans horrible, the main bath shower curtain has mold . During our stay over Christmas Orlando had 30 degree weather. The heat was being controlled by the owners who BTW live in the UK. We were freezing, they finally turned it up and then turned it back down the evening before check out, we were once again freezing had to shower in the cold. This stay wasn't one I recommend. Spend the extra money go stay at the resorts, it's not worth the inconvenience.

Nice, quite and convenient

Clean, quite location, assessable to lots of markets and fuel stops. Next door to a Sam's club was nice! Pool was clean and roomy and the guard at the gate was always friendly and helpful.

Winter break from the cold north

Several small issues that should have been addressed beforehand. Cleanliness issues, examples are tables,counter, laundry room. Carpet stains, toilet seat broken, stains in bath tub, TV service. Getting in the gate was time consuming. We enjoyed our time but because we had company it was a little disappointing

Very Responsive Hosts and a Great Home

My wife and I Stayed here with our toddler and both sets of parents. The home was well set up and had everything we needed. It is in a nice gated community with activities and shopping just a short drive away. We cooked a lot and the property manager was kind enough to bring us a can opener and to assist us right away when there was an issue with the dish washer. We had to call a couple times during our stay and each time we were answered right away. We tried to use the master tub but the water went cold before it reached 8 inches high with me sitting in the tub. the water heater was most likely in a locked closet as we could not find it. This was the only disappointment we experienced from our stay. We were able to enjoy the hot tub to compensate. Overall, it was a great price for a place to stay while visiting theme parks, cooking meals, and enjoying our stay in Florida. I loved that it provided a high chair, crib, and baby gate, all of which really helped with our 1 year old through the stay. I would happily stay here again.

Great location - close to WDW and Universal

Excellent stay for a week

Very nice condo in a quiet area 20-25 minutes to the all the major parks. We had 4 adults and 1 child and there was lots of room for all. We used the pool a couple times and the condo is well situated for that. No problems with the unit at all , it had everything we required. As others have said the gate for the parking is a little wait at times but that makes for good security and usually only takes a couple minutes. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Comfortable and close to Disney

We enjoyed our stay at this condo during Christmas week. It was comfortable ,spacious, close to Disney World, and located in a nice neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and cook several delicious meals together with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable dining area . Upon arrival we did have a few minor issues such as the TV in the living room was not working, two toilet paper roll holders were not properly secured to the wall and kept falling out, and the master ceiling fan when initially turned on was not able to be turned off. Additionally, we had to contactthe property manager to adjust the thermostat of the air conditioning system as it was set at too high of a temperature to be comfortable for our family. The property manager Graham when contacted was very accommodating, polite, easy to work with and efficient in getting these issues repaired while totally respecting our privacy . He was great to work with. All in all this is a wonderful condo to stay in I would totally recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you Karen and Steve for a great experience !

Our holiday of a lifetime !!2019

Wow, what a wonderful experience we all had. I must say that as excellent as the photos were they simply could not do this accommodation justice! Wonderfully furnished with loads of space for a family of four. Big beds, big rooms, big oven, big fridge/freezer, in fact big everything!!!! The accommodation is conveniently situated for all the Disney/Universal parks, max 20 minute drive to Universal. There are also Publix & Walmart within a 5 minute drive to conveniently fill that big fridge and freezer! The other occupants of this wonderfully kept gated community were very friendly and helpful, a mix of local Floridians and holiday makers. What was equally as lovely was the sheer serenity of the accommodation once you had 10 hours and just as many miles walking through those parks. It was extremely peaceful and as a consequence a great nights sleep was had by all every night. Thoroughly recommended and a very large thankyou to Karen & Steve for allowing us to experience our holiday of a lifetime in your wonderful Floridian home.

clean, comfortable, quiet, close to Disney

This townhouse was clean and comfortable. The community was quiet. The gate is an annoying process, but at least the community felt safe. It's close to a Super Target and a ton of restaurants, which is convenient. With traffic, it took us about 20 minutes to reach the Disney entrance. The only negative was that the master shower leaked into the kitchen, but the property manager was very apologetic about it. Assuming this issue is resolved, we would stay here again for our next Disney vacation.

Overall it was OK. There were some annoying issues that took away from it being 5 stars

It was clean, very quiet and private and secure. Most of the phone numbers did not work. Security system took too long to log my wife in, they kept treating her like a complete stranger. The property manager was trying to get me to keep the air at 74 degrees after I kept telling him anything over 67 makes me very hot. Fortunately the manual said I could keep it at 70. Master bedroom toilet room light was flicking, and was not fixed. Shower in Master's bedroom was causing water to leak into the kitchen light fixture. The very first night, we were disturbed by the property manager because I had to call him immediately when the bath tub knob for BOTH tubs was broke.

Clean. Plenty of room. Not luxurious but the price is right for what we needed.

Overall was a great replacement to a hotel room. The location is great. Lots of space for big families. Things that would have made it ideal: an ice maker, more than one roll of TP per bath, small bottle of dish soap. Would stay again.

A fantastic holiday home for our stay in Florida!

The property was ideally located for all of the places we wanted to visit during our stay in Florida, (Disney/Universal etc..), as well as lots of shopping outlets which were also right up my street! The property itself was beautiful, clean, tidy and extremely well equipped in very safe in a gated community. The 4 bedrooms were all large and very comfortable this coupled with the 3 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay very very comfortable. The shared pool was lovely and clean and we made use of this on many an afternoon after returning from a busy day around the theme parks.

Fantastic trip with the grandchildren

Have stayed in this home many times. Took our two grandchildren (1 and 4) this year. Very family friendly home with stair gate, full size crib, high chair and stroller. Few new bits have been added, home is looking good Karen and Steve. Thanks for another great stay.

Wonderful Stay

Me and my family stayed a week here and it was everything we had hoped it would be! The house is a real home from home with plenty of space for a large family and the perfect place to return to after a busy day out! Being able to get washing done was a bonus and the pool facilities were great. Very clean and great distance to universal and the Disney parks. Would highly recommend and im sure we will be back! Pretty Nice Place

Very nice home close to everything that is Orlando!

Pool was amazing after a long day in the theme park. Air conditioning kept the house nice and cold. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything needed in a vacation home is there. Groceries are extremely close, as is a variety of dining experiences. Absolutely would stay here again.

EXCELLENT STAY!!!

I want to thank Steve and Karen for renting out their beautiful home! It was an amazing experience that added to our vacation. The home was extremely clean and well stocked with linens/towels; this home was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your Orlando trips. We had a fairly large group of 8 people with 2 locals that stopped by to spend time with us. The accommodations were perfect. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and all agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable. We spent our time in Orlando going to Disney World which was less than 15 minutes away. We utilized the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook with, for breakfast and dinner meals to save on the expense of park food. Email communication with Steve and Karen were great, they answered any questions we had. Again I HIGHLY recommend this home and we look forward to staying here again for our next trip!

Great place for Parks

Great place to stay!, gated park, Everything spotless and really well equipped. As in America the four bedrooms, with three bathrooms , all large, as was the comfortable lounge /diner. Swimming pool and games/fitness clubhouse , clean and safe - the children loved it after a day at the parks. In a quiet area just a short walk to numerous restaurants and shops. We spent an afternoon at Shingle Creek, about 1/2 mile away and canoed up and down, children loved the terrapins basking in the sunshine. Thank you for the lovely house, vacation and we hope return soon.

Superb stay

Had a great 10 days at Club Cortile. Fabulous house, best equipped rental we've ever stayed in. Location is excellent, at the end of a quiet road but near enough to lots of shops and restaurants. Lovely area, felt very safe. 15 minutes to Disney and about 25 minutes to Universal. Will definitely return next year, will be in touch!

Great Rental Home!

This is a great rental home. The drive to Disney is easy. It is surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and stores. The home is in good shape and very close to the clubhouse/pool. Even though we were there in Feb. it was hard to get the kids out of the pool! If we got back from the parks early they would always want to swim till it closed at 9pm. The area felt safe and was quiet. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for a rental home. Even had tupperware! Lots of towels, blankets, and pillows too. The main thing we missed was all the cleaning products are completely removed. It's nice when the rental house leaves behind the cleaning products the renter before bought... We only had 1 roll of tp in each bathroom and 1 extra trash bag. We had no problems during our stay, so no reason to contact the management company or owners. The owners, Steve and Karen, communicated very well and gave clear directions and instructions.

Excelent! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome! Everything a family could want or need. Comfortable clean home. Lots of space. Close to Target, Wàlmart and Publix. 15 minutes to Disney parks.
