Fantastic stay
We loved our stay here, the location was great a lovely quiet residential area with local shops and a short drive to Arcachon. The house was a great size, very clean and well stocked with everything you need in a holiday letting. The outdoor space was great, the pool was a really good size and clean in a well maintained garden and everyone had fun playing table tennis. The hosts were really helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Friendly, quiet, comfortable and central, we loved it!
Typical french house with large space for the entire family. 4 bedrooms partly separate. All functions available, large terrace and great swimming pool provided the great basis for our holidays at the bassin. Easy and friendly contact the landlord, helped with advice and additional assistance. Bikes free to use. Stephane, thanks for our great holiday experience!

Superbe vacances à Gujan-Mestras
Pas de surprise à l’arrivée la maison et les photos correspondent à l’annonce ! La maison est superbe, bien équipée, située dans un environnement plutôt calme! Nous avons pu profiter de belles balades à vélo, de la piscine… Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques et à l’écoute de leurs locataires ! Je recommande vivement

Tout confort et proximité des centres d'intérêts...
Accueil attentionné, maison spacieuse et bien équipée, entre bassin et océan, idéalement placée pour profiter des différents atouts de la région. La piscine est idéale pour lézarder... Un grand merci à Valérie et Stéphane pour ce beau séjour !

Magnifique villa tout confort
Nous avons été superbement accueillis par Stéphane qui nous a expliqué en détail tout ce qui devait l’être. La villa est très confortable, dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires et bénéficie d’une très belle terrasse et d’une magnifique piscine. Le douche de la salle de bain est exiguë mais en contrepartie, la maison dispose d’une douche extérieure bien isolée qui est finalement devenue notre « salle de douche « …Un vrai plus….Quartier hyper calme, proche des commerces…Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille !

Wir (8 Personen) hatten eine schöne Zeit dank toller Ausstattung des Hauses inkl. Fahrrädern, Tischtennisplatte und Sat-Fernsehen mit deutschen Sendern. Sehr netter und stets ansprechbarer Vermieter. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Einzig eine zweite Toilette wäre bei 8 Personen wünschenswert, aber wir kamen zurecht! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Les propriétaires sont très sympas, réactifs et discrets. (Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue ! 😊). La maison est très propre, décorée avec goût, bien située, dans une résidence très calme. La gare est à seulement 2 km (15 minutes d'Arcachon, 40 minutes de Bordeaux), la dune du pyla à 20 minutes en voiture. La piscine est très agréable. Beaucoup de jeux, livres, dvd à disposition. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine !

Maison très agréable, très fonctionnelle et très bien placée. Rien à redire, je la conseille pour de belles vacances en famille. Lovely house with great garden and pool
We had a great holiday and the host was very welcoming and helpful. The house was spacious, very clean and well equipped with dishwasher, Wasing machine, dryer etc. The garden and pool is great. Really nice spaces and the host provides loads of games too.

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle où on se sent très vite à notre aise. Piscine très sympa avec son coin salon (idéal pour l'apéro du soir car à l'ombre!) Coin repas avec sa plancha Jeux à disposition : table de ping pong, fléchettes Commerces de qualité à proximité : boulangerie, poissonnerie, boucherie, primeur Propriétaire très sympa !! Nous étions 2 couples d'amis avec 4 enfants; nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée et le propriétaire est vraiment très sympa, serviable tout en étant très discret. Vous pouvez louer cette maison les yeux fermés!

Maison agréable, les propriétaires ont été charmants et nous avons eu droit à un "panier" d'accueil bien fourni. Nous avons apprécié les huitres. Merci !!! Petit bémol une seule salle de bain (un peu juste pour 8 personnes) et l'insonorisation qui laisse à désirer .Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et il y a une vraie caverne d'Ali Baba : vélos de toutes tailles , ballons , livres et vidéos mis à disposition. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison bien équipée avec lave linge et sèche linge, plancha , suffisamment de place pour que chacun trouve son intimité. Proximité du centre ville et des attractions, mais se méfier de la circulation dans la région au mois d'août.

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine...la maison est magnifique et très fonctionnelle...nous étions 8 personnes avec 4 enfants un bonheur pour eux...piscine sécurisée et vélos ont faits leur bonheur et à nous aussi d'ailleurs...il y avait tout ce qu il fallait dans la maison pour passer de bonnes vacances...nous étions proche de tous les centres d intérêts...plages...pistes cyclables...boucher...poissonnier...primeur...boulanger....les restaurants conseillés par les propriétaires étaient excellents...merci merci l'accueil était très sympa...a l'année prochaine...
