Lovely House Near the Beach
Lovely cottage 1/2 mile (a short 7 min walk) to Oceanside Beach in this cool SoCal beach town. The small house has been charmingly renovated, including preserving the original hardwood flooring in some parts of the house, preserving windows and other rustic aspects of the original cottage, while adding modern amenities like renovated kitchen, including stainless appliances, renovated bathroom, hi-speed fiber optic cable WiFi internet, WiFi TVs and new heat pump mini-split air conditioning/heating system.
Both the large front and private back yards are fenced in. And the back yard features a covered patio, extending the living space to the outdoors. Additional fee applies to guests traveling with a dog, see house rules. Pets are not to be left unattended in the yard.
