Easy accessible cabin and close to all area anttractions and has an awesome view. Cabin was clean and nicely decorated. Will defiantly rent again in the future and recommend this cabin to anyone.
Very peaceful setting. Two large balconies off the back of the building on the lower and entry level floor with great views. Clean and well decorated interior!
Super easy to rent and quick turn around! I would rent this location again, especially since I know how to work the dimmers-lol! I do wish they had screens on the windows to open on the bedroom windows! Thanks beautiful place and comfortable furniture. Bring playing cards awesome area downstairs for a good game of room.

Owner sucks
The owner of the property has cameras up. He watches everything. He reported us to the lady we were communicating with about our stay over an extra child came with us. A 4 year old. He also has his air set locked so you can’t set it below 72! We came back to the cabin multiple times & the air had been turned up. Making the cabin very hot. The cameras made us very uncomfortable & we will never stay again
The cabin was beautiful and well furnished. The beds were very nice and comfortable too. The view is amazing and that back porch is perfect in the mornings. The lower level was like a little apartment with a sitting area and perfect for teenagers. There were a few things I didn't care for though. The lighting in the bedrooms is TERRIBLE. It's dark even for the middle of the day! No way you could read or put on makeup in there. The main level bedroom had a really loud overhead fan and you couldn't sleep while it was on. The first morning we woke up to 78 degrees in the house. Maintenance fixed it fairly quickly though. A few outlets didn't work in the main level bedroom. The thermostats are locked at 72 which may be ok for some but not us. At least give the option for 70. Also, checkout is at 10 which I was aware of, but would it really hurt to give another hour without threatening to charge a whole extra night if we were in there one minute after 10? Also, the cleaning we were asked to do at checkout (take all trash from all over the house outside, put all towels in the bathtubs, start the dishwasher or put up all dishes, etc.) was a lot for a 3 level home and kids. I was running around like crazy making sure everything was done the morning we left while also getting kids out the door and our things packed in the car. There was an envelope left out for us to tip our housekeeper too. We never saw a housekeeper. I certainly don't mind tipping for services but we never got any and after all the required cleaning we did there was no mess for housekeeping to clean up. Overall we had a good stay and the house as I said was beautiful......just needs a few maintenance things done like lighting and electrical repairs. We had good communication with the management office through text which was really nice too.
This is the fourth cabin I rented and by far the best one yet . Every room had a great view .
The check in process was very easy , the rooms were great and the view is amazing . If you have children I would suggest that you don’t let them go on the balcony unless they are supervised ; you are very high up in the mountains.
This place definitely had space and a beautiful view, but we were disappointed that they didn't have a grill or a fire pit. We could sit on the balcony, which was nice, but if you want to do anything other than that, this isn't your place. Overall though, a nice property.
Great Thanksgiving experience. Decent location and of course an amazing view. The only complaints would be the price and the thin walls (there apparently is little to no insulation on the floor and walls, you hear everything!). It was quite overpriced for what it was regardless of the holiday.
By far the best cabin we have ever rented in the area. This is where we will stay when we come back.
The cabin is in great condition and is very solid. The furniture is higher quality than you’d expect and the view is every bit as promised.
I am very grateful for the owners who are willing to rent out their home.
I got lost because we got there at night I called the property manager she was up she answered sent someone to meet us made me feel safe I thank her so much
It was a great experience for the whole family. The atmosphere and decor was excellent. The bedrooms separated on the 3 floors provided privacy. The views were terrific. Proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains, Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge was perfect. We are looking forward to our next trip up that way. We would definitely stay again. My only minor suggestion is to provide a way to connect a game console to the main living room tv.
The cabin is beautiful, pretty much as described. It’s a great location, easy to drive to. The views are beautiful from the 2 porches. The property management company was great to work with, we had a few issues that were taken care of immediately.
The towels really need to be updated, they are old and a bit rough. Not a big deal. The basement bed desperately needs a new mattress, my body hurt after sleeping on it for 3 nights. If we had stayed any longer, I had planned to go buy a mattress topper for it. The cameras did freak us out a bit, I realize more and more people have them these days, but then we wondered if there were cameras inside watching us, it was just unnerving. The A/C must be controlled by someone outside of the house, we couldn’t put it any lower than 72 and it always seemed to go higher when we weren’t around, which is ok but the house was hot when we would go back for the day. For the price we paid, they should let us control the temp.
This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of all the local activities, but only minutes away so you can get to everything within a few minutes. The house is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated. I really appreciated how clean it was. Thanks for a great time, we’ll be back!
