However, unique features like Hitchcock ceilings, plaster walls and - molding details remain intact retaining the 1927 Cottage “feeling”.

Cottage has light and airy open floor plan.
The living room has wood burning fireplace.
Dining Room off totally modernized kitchen with seating for 6.

Why they chose this property
I bought this Cottage because of the great location, the fact that it was historic, an easy walk or bike ride to downtown. and it had a variety of options for indoor and outdoor entertaining.
Also convenient to great Public Golf course.
The house had wonderful "bones" - just needed some TLC and it has everything now that I wanted in a home and for a part time rental property.
