Stable Properties -Three bedroom "Court" Cottage With Marvelous Views
This charming, two-story cottage offer marvelous views. It is located on a rolling meadow near our "pick-your-own" garden. With three bedrooms and two baths it can accommodate up to six people. This cottage is a duplex, with our "Meadow" cottage. The bed configuration is as follows:

The Stable Properties is comprised of six cottages surrounded by manicured lawns and acres of meadows and woods. The property fronts directly on majestic Lake Champlain. Every cottage is fully equipped, with no detail overlooked - from charcoal grills to wine glasses. Also on-site is a tennis court and a small, maintained sandy beach. **One-week minimum rental required (Sat-Sat), during the month of July and August. Some exceptions may apply based on availability**
