Fully upgraded internet service with extenders throughout home. 5 minutes to Bridgehampton or Water Mill. 10 minutes to Sag Harbor. Equidistant to East or Southhampton.

Amazing Home!!

We had the best time at Maria's beautiful home. Very comfortable beds and linens, great kitchen and the best backyard and pool. Cannot wait to stay there again!!

Fabulous time in great neighborhood

We had a wonderful family vacation. The pool was terrific and in a lovely setting, and the upstairs deck a great place to congregate for drinks and bbq. The only issue we had related to Trouble with the WiFi. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing home, even better host

This house was everything we needed and more, and Maria made everything on our end so wonderful and simple. She was incredibly accommodating every step of the way, and we are so grateful to her for being so helpful and understanding during a difficult time. She is truly the best! The house is everything you could possibly want. We were there in March and April, and both my husband and I were working from home. The house offered plenty of space to do so while still retaining a cozy and homey feel. We could not recommend this house more highly!
