Contemporary villa with heated pool surrounded by terraces and a large garden of 3000 m2 200 meters from the beach of the sun and the forest. Train station at the end of the main path. The villa is very well located in a very quiet dead end.
Ground floor large living room fireplace fully equipped American kitchen
Sleeping area with 2 beautiful bedrooms large bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs bedroom with bathroom toilet and living room with convertible
Large garage with summer kitchen area overlooking terrace very pleasant in heat.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor shower
- bicycles available on deposit
Perfect for thalassotherapy, Thalasso Oléron 800 m accessible by the beach. Very nice for children, beach access very close and easy by the impasse the house is in a dead end leading to the beach of the sun. The beach is at the end of the impasse. Access village center on bike path along the seaside.
