Whether you're lounging indoors or enjoying the beautiful outdoor setting, this villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Inside, contemporary leather furniture and thoughtfully curated decor create a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance. The expansive great room features a plush sectional sofa, a dining area with a round table for 6, and a cozy breakfast nook for 4. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with premium cookware, silverware, and granite countertops, including a bar with stools for casual dining or socializing.

The elegant master suite is a retreat of its own, boasting a king-sized bed with a high headboard, a comfortable lounge chair, and a private 32” TV. The spa-like master bath includes two spacious closets, dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and a roomy walk-in shower.

For more guests, there are three additional beautifully themed bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with two twin beds, and a separate room of f the living room with a queen bed and sofa. All rooms are uniquely decorated with distinct color schemes and comfortable furnishings.

Step outside to enjoy the Florida sunshine on the patio, complete with four sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and outdoor seating for 6. Beautiful home and pool

The property was clean and well maintained. Communication with owner and contact person was easy. Spa and pool were clean and temperature was warm. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby.

Relaxing get away in Cape Coral

Beautiful Home with Lots of Space

The home was gorgeous, very clean, organized, lots of items to cook with & a very warm pool sooo relaxing. Bonus we saw a Manatee, Burrowing Owls next door, 2 bikes to ride, fishing poles, pool toys & cooler and able to park in the garage. New appliances that are in great working order. Lots of table space. We loved the couches gorgeous & comfortable. The host was very responsive throughout the process & easy to work with. Great location too! Note: Be careful with the refrigerator door so it doesn't damage the owners property....it opens very far hitting the counter or person standing behind it.

Spacious and Comfortable Vacation Home

The house was very spacious with large rooms, high ceilings, and plenty of table/dining areas. The yard was nicely landscaped, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and being able to have coffee and dinners on the lanai. We noticed two burrowing owl nesting sites designated just down the street and even saw a pair of owls at one of the sites. The owner was responsive to our inquiries. We were grateful for the basic items in the kitchen (spices, paper towel, dish soap, etc.) and also for the beach items (umbrella) in the garage. Great trip!

Great place to stay

This property was amazing. My children and I was here for a week and loved every minute of it. The house had plenty of space for everyone and kids didn't want to leave the pool.

Winter get away

We have rented many homes in the Cape Coral area and this one was one of the best. We had no major issues and Andrea was very responsive with our questions. We would rent this house again.

Very nice house as advertised.

We enjoyed Villa Oasis. It was as advertised and we had a great time. Quiet comfortable neighborhood and relaxing sitting on the lanai overlooking the canal. Convenient base for traveling to Sanibel, Cape Habour, Matlacha. Would do it again.

Great layout

The layout of the house was great. We could all be in the kitchen/living room area or on the porch at one time. The beds were disappointing. Master bed very very firm. Bed in third bedroom very low to the ground as well as the dresser, as if it was designed for small children. (We were all older adults.) Fourth bedroom the bed was so squeaky we had to put the mattress on the floor in order to get a good night sleep. Who would think that the twin beds would be the best beds in the house? The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials.

Nice, but ...

We had 4 couples, all family members. One had their 11 year old son. He slept on the floor in his parents room. We were charged an extra 400 for a two night stay. This seems totally unreasonable and as a result, renting the home for the weekend was overpriced.

Great Place- Warm pool

Important part of this listing was it had a warm pool and hot tub and you do not have to pay extra to use it. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Great Girls Trip

I stayed here with 3 other girl friends for a short week away. Everything was as stated on the listing. We did have a problem with the master shower and I e-mailed our contact and she responded almost immediately and someone was there by the next morning to fix it. Also the pool was set to a very comfortable setting! Great place!

Not worth the cost- Misleading description

Our 3 day getaway was more of a chore than a vacation. Description presents the home to be "well" maintained, this is not accurate. We were looking for a few things: hot tub, heated pool and time to relax. What we received is a hot-tub that NEVER got to the correct temperature (remained warm the entire stay). Property manager stopped by and had it serviced, but it still didn't work. Screen in the bottom of the hot-tub was broken and the ledge to prevent water from flowing out was broken. Previous guest left plates of food on the patio (guess the cleaning crew missed cleaning the patio) Blood on the sheets in the master bedroom and blood on the blanket in another bedroom. We we told the pool was heated, but the heater did not work. Awning on the patio did not work (required a battery- but after we had replaced the batteries in the remotes for the tv we had had enough. Management offer several "I am sorry", but nothing to compensate us for such a waste of money. If you want a cold hot-tub, heated- not so heated pool and random blood this is the place for you!!! Ver disappointing.

Great Vacation Home

This is a great house for a family vacation. The outdoor pool area is great and everything worked. There is an empty lot next door and lots of privacy. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay there again.
