The lounge / mezzanine area can be a 3rd bedroom. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have direct access and independent on the outside by a masonry staircase. The Viognier room has its own independent shower room. The other shower room is equipped with double washbasins and toilet. Second toilet on the ground floor. Pool surrounded by vineyards and shared with the owners. Area of 15 hectares including 11 vineyards and 140 olive trees
