Fall Beach Family Getaway

Beautiful beach, limited crowds, due want to caution that the private beach access has about 50 steps down to beach, it was not a problem for us but might be for someone with mobility issues. The same with the house, very nice, could have been better cleaned, beds did sleep great, but 3 stories and no elevator, lots of steps with this property. Overall great location, great beach, and nice home.

Great property, poor management response.

The property was beautiful, roomy, right on the beach. Unfortunately, the path from boardwalk to beach was overgrown below the knees, creating fear of snakes, etc as we kicked through the thick overgrowth. Called management early Friday and they “referred” the complaint, but it was still not cut when we left on Monday. Would have taken a man with weed eater one minute to remedy.

R & R Oasis!

We’ve stayed at this property before and as always, it’s the perfect location for breathtaking views and a quiet beach stay. Located away from the hustle and bustle of bikes, carts and traffic jams, this house allows for a relaxing break to soak up the sun and enjoy the beach and pool but also a 3 minute drive to great food and shopping! The king bed in the upstairs primary is heavenly! 360 was prompt in returning calls but none of our small issues had anything to do with them or the house. Will stay again!

Taking Care of Sea Forever!!!

Loved the house but need to improve on: freezer trays wereunstable or broken, dishwasher casing was loose, 2nd floor master BR sink stopped up, a big centipede bit the left cheekbone of the guest. Swelling 3 days.

Nice Getaway

Nice accommodations except a few minor issues with bathroom shower head and faucet and dryer vent being disconnected. Wish the kitchen had a k-cup coffee bar, but there was a regular granular coffee pot. The property management quickly sent out maintenance to repair all the issues. Great location, highly recommend this property

Great location and Space

Plenty of space for our family vacation. Multiple levels provided some separation and privacy. Loved the finishes/decor. Had to purchase a hose to attach to the spigot in order to be able to rinse off properly and prevent as much sand as possible from entering the house. No broom on site to sweep up the inevitable sand that gets in. Purchased one of those too.

Spring Getaway

Loved the location, privacy of the beach, beautiful views, central location to easily drive to restaurants & shopping, private courtyard and heated pool, size and spaciousness of the home, ability to cook meals and do some laundry while there for a week. It would have been nice to have hair dryers, a few more kitchen essentials like containers with lids, salt/pepper, and ample dishwasher pods. You must bring your own beach towels too. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay at Sea Forever again!

The house was perfect for our family! We only had 5 people, but it was last minute booking so we were lucky to find such a great house. The location couldn’t have been better. Floor plan and views from all floors were wonderful. Pool was a bonus as well! Really enjoyed our stay. Was great working with 360 Blue for this trip!

October 2021 Stay

This is a great house that is well maintained and in a great location. We rented in last June (2020) and again for fall break (2021). Unfortunately, the lady next door (8700 e county highway 30a) harassed me and my daughters while we were sitting in the beach chairs provided by the rental company. While I was sitting in the chairs, she came up behind me, pulled out and threw down my umbrella, telling me that I was trespassing. She accused me of digging a hole (see picture) that ruined her beach. The previous evening before I arrived, there was a major storm with lots of soil erosion. She swore at me in front of my 6 year old and 10 year old daughters telling me how ...dumb... I am for allowing my kids to dig a hole (that they didn't dig). See the picture. I felt helpless and not sure to handle an insane "80" year old lady in front of my children. Other than that, we had one maintenance issue (pool heater not working) which was resolved the next day. Great house. I won't be back, though.

First time renting with 360. Great location and layout. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and we enjoyed having our own spaces on each floor. Sunrises, sunsets, beach and bikes were the best part of the trip. Our check in experience was not the greatest as the place was not very clean when we arrived. Text would be a great alternative to email for during stay communication. Hoping to try again but will specifically request cleaning service be managed more closely.

The home was perfect when we got there! We had 6 adults and 3 under 2 with us for the weekend and there was plenty of space. Pros:beach front, comfortable beds, great kitchen equipment, good floor plan. Great location! Minutes from Publix and the Donut Hole we absolutely love. Cons: the concierge service used to supply beach chairs took 2 hours from the time we called to set up. It couldn’t be cancelled in spite of calling within 5 minutes of the order-In the contract but disappointing none the less. Silly, but only 1 small roll of paper towels. Not a reflection of the property but of 360 Blue.

We had a great time! It was a terrific location and we had great service. I would suggest a couple extra dish towels and dishwasher soap for the kitchen for the future. Also, some Kleenex would be nice to have also.

We stayed with my two grown children. The three levels were perfect so that each family had their own level and the grandchildren loved the bunk beds! The main level was large enough for all of us to enjoy breakfast in the morning and we celebrated two birthdays during our stay. We loved how close it was to the beach and if you forgot something or just wanted to go back inside for awhile, it was just a short walk back to the house. The kitchen had plenty of plates, platters, and utensils. We even grilled steaks on the gas grill one night. The pool area was a nice bonus that we used often as well. The kids and men went crabbing on the beach one night and had a ton of fun. The location is perfect...only a short drive out to dinner at night. The house is beautifully decorated! I would highly recommend it!
